★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu neprofesionální chování. Požádal jsem o radu, protože nejsem lékař ani lékárník, načež slečna odpověděla "to jako nechápu, proč se mě ptáte" a protočila oči v sloup směrem ke kolegyni. I ostatní lékárnice tady jsou "ochota sama". Radši se teď stavuju v Benu na Floře, kde si nepřipadám jako obtížný hmyz, kterého je záhodno se co nejrychleji zbavit.
 Really unprofessional behavior. I asked for advice because I am not a doctor or a pharmacist, and the lady said "I don't understand why you ask me" and rolled her eyes toward her colleague. The other pharmacies here are also "willing to be alone". I prefer to come to Ben on Flora now, where I do not feel like a difficult insect to get rid of as quickly as possible.

There's a dark-haired queen behind the cash register, and I think I have some head problems. Or she had when she was little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám tuto lékárnu nejblíže bydlišti, přesto sem chodím velmi nerada. Od března 2020 pořád jen fronty a za plexisklem nepříjemná tmavovlasá ledová královna.
I have this pharmacy closest to my home, but I don't like to come here very much. Since March 2020, there are still only queues and an unpleasant dark-haired ice queen behind plexiglass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy rosehip oil, the lady did not speak English; I showed her photos of what I needed and I put it in google translator, even so, she told me that she did not understand. A pharmacist should worry about the needs of her clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to pick-up my parcel. The moment the pharmacist lady heard my broken Czech, I was treated horribly and she started addressing me with “ty”. Also, I could not receive my parcel. Horrible service. I did not enter any other Benu since then and I don’t think I ever will. I am not sure if Benu as a company knows what type of people they employ. Sometimes one example is enough to loose a customer for forever. We are going through Covid pandemic times in which the vaccine was developed by immigrants. I do not know what else would educate people more than this.
