G	GAMER Filip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takže. Před 3 dny, jsem s bratrancem šel do této lékárny pro lék a šel jsem tam, protože to bylo nejblíže. První paní lékárnice vypadala už z dálky, že dnes ji něco nesedlo. Přišel jsem k výdejnímu okénku a zeptal jsem se, jestli nemají tento specfický lék. Paní lékárnice se na mě podívala s neochotou a řekla mi že tento lék má "výpadek". Tak jsem se zeptal jestli nemá něco jiného se stejným složením. Lékárnice mi podala "alternativu" a já jsem si tu jejich "alternativu" koupil. Poté, co jsem přijel domů, zjistil jsem, že "alternativa", nemá to stejné složení co požadovaný lék. Jel jsem proto zpátky abych "alternativu" vrátil. Tentokrát tam byla, ale mladá lékárnice a ta mi lék s velkou ochotou reklamovala. Celkem nedoporučuji, pokud nemáte silnou vůli se s někým dohadovat (viz. první lékárnice). So. 3 days ago, my cousin and I went to this pharmacy for a drug and I went there because it was the closest. The first lady pharmacist looked from afar that something didn't suit her today. I came to the dispensing window and asked if they had this specific medicine. The pharmacist looked at me reluctantly and told me that this medicine was "down." So I asked if he had something else with the same composition. The pharmacy gave me an "alternative" and I bought their "alternative". After I got home, I found that the "alternative" did not have the same composition as the desired drug. So I went back to return the "alternative". This time she was there, but a young pharmacist and she was happy to complain about the medicine to me. I do not recommend it at all if you do not have a strong will to argue with someone (see the first pharmacy).
R	Richard_CZECH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna paní lékárnice bohužel kazí reputaci lékárny. Recenzi jsem vůbec nechtěl psát, ale to co se mi nyní přihodilo, tak bych chtěl sdělit v recenzi. Jak jsem tam byl dříve pro léky prarodičům, tak jsem na to čekal cca půl hodiny a nemohla pořádně to najít, nabízela mi jiné alternativy(hlavně něco jiného než jsem měl napsáno, co spolehlivě funguje přes 10let). Tož a idem k tomu dnešku! Navštívil jsem nutně tuhle lékárnu, protože jsem nutně potřeboval lék, a tahle byla nejblíže. Bohužel, můj lék neměli, tak jsem požádal o alternativu. Jak jsem přijel domů, zjistil jsem, že lék nemá nic společného s tím co jsem chtěl. Šel jsem to vrátit, a šel jsem k druhému stolku, kde byla mladá velmi ochotná řekl bych slečna, neměla s vrácením problém, jen ta co mi to prodávala, se do toho montovala.... Dvě hvězdičky dávám, jen vůli té ochotné paní při vrácení zboží... Unfortunately, one pharmacist spoils the reputation of the pharmacy. I give two stars, only the will of the willing lady when returning the goods ...

Zapomněl dodat,že stál s receptem na volný prodej,kde byla laborantka a ne magistra.Tudíž ho s receptem nemohla obsloužit.Argument,že v Avionu jsou příjemnější, jsme obdrželi v momentě,kdy jsem ho slušně požádala na vedlejší pokladnu,kde bohužel byla řada a pán spěchal.A to pomíjím jeho neslušné komentáře o tom,že nejsme vytížené a že se nudíme. A že v Avionu ho obslouží s recentem i na volném prodeji. Chování paní laborantky i magistry bylo v naprostém pořádku. Kolektiv lékárny Hrabová Good day.
