Není možné vrátit ani vyměnit nerozbalené neporušené zboží (konkrétně čaj, v jehož složení byla přehlédnuta alergenní bylina). I do not recommend the pharmacy, the staff is impersonal and unfriendly (which is probably due to the fact that it is a pharmacy chain, but that ultimately does not change anything). It is not possible to return or replace unwrapped intact goods (namely tea whose composition has been overlooked by an allergenic herb).

Nevědomky jsem zjistila, že už jsou dveře zamčené a tak jsem zatukala na prosklené dveře na tuto lékárnu, přes kterou se lze také dostat ven. Lekarnice velice neochotně odemkla dveře a vycitala mi, ze je už po ordinacnich hodinách (což u lékárny byla pravda, ale p. Doktorka má or. hod. o půl hodiny déle) Rekla jsem ji to, ale stejně se pořád se mnou hádala. Fakt byla ohromne "ochotná a příjemná". Takže nedoporučuji těm, kdo se chtějí vyhnout takovým krávám - určitě jich je tam víc. Yesterday I left the gynecologist after 5 pm.
