They cannot be called to cancel a prepaid order without explaining or specifying when they intend to return the money. Since then, I order elsewhere.

Měla jsem problém s nalezením správného místa, kde záležitost řešit.
Myslím ale, že problém souvisel s tím, že se aktuálně přesouvaly prostory lékárny.
Pro lidi, kteří nemají automobil může být centrála značně nedostupná.
Samozřejmě existuje možnost vracet zboží přes poštu, ale za to se opět platí, takže to není výhodné.
Na výsledek procesu vracení zboží si ale nemohu stěžovat. Peníze mi byly vyplaceny na uvedený účet a paní, se kterou jsem na centrále komunikovala byla velmi milá.

I had trouble finding the right place to deal with the matter.
But I think the problem was that the pharmacy premises were currently being relocated.
For people who do not have a car, the headquarters can be very inaccessible.
Of course, there is a possibility to return the goods by post, but you pay for it again, so it is not convenient.
However, I cannot complain about the result of the return process. The money was paid to my account and the lady I communicated with at headquarters was very nice.
