★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was unprofessional and rude. I was asking her for help and advice, instead she started saying really loudly ( so everybody could hear ) that I'm infectious and that I need to visit my doctor (it was weekend,therefore this option was not possible ). So yeah, thanks for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was standing in line for 10mn, the person in front of me got his order and left And then the pharmacist said she's closing the line and I need to go to the other line (5 people long). No apologies, not even a look. These people do not deserve any business whatsoever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy itself is fine but the customer loyalty program is useless. I have asked repeatedly how to use the points that have accumulated on my account but nobody at Benu seems to know what they are for. Used to be you could use the points like cash and pay for your purchase or get a discount but no more. Go elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for 30 min in a line with prescription, because there was lots of people. Then they opened 3rd cash desk, but for the free sell, even though there was no big line for free sell. So people with prescription were still waiting in a long line, while free sell had 2 desks and no people. Zero logic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think that I rarely saw such a terrible place to buy medical stuff..
I tend to be moderate, but with this lekarna, I have to say that you better go somewhere else. It seems that you annoy them by asking questions, no smile, no hello, nothing. Quite unfortunate (je to škoda!)
