Jakýkoliv zákazník přijde, Charlie se mu přizpůsobí jazykem (mluví ukrajinsky, slovensky, česky a anglicky), čímž dají najevo, že jim na zákazníkovi opravdu záleží víc než "dobrý den" a "na shledanou". Poznal jsem Charlie jako nebinární obsluhu, která má lidský a profesionální přístup, s kterým jsem se jako zákazník ještě nepotkal.
