★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes návštěva pouze pro cigarety, za kasou nepříjemná Ukrajinka, které jsem platil 200 korunovou bankovkou, na což mi řekla ,, Buď kartou, nebo nic, nemám drobný na zpátky".Zeptal jsem se, zda je normální říci zákazníkovi že buď kartou nebo nic, odpověď zněla že nemá drobné pro další zákazníky. Nicmene jsem přidal 50ti korunu a ona mi vrátila 100 a drobné, takže takovou obsluhu bych vyhodil oknem!!!!
Today visit only for cigarettes, behind the cashier annoying Ukrainian, which I paid a 200 koruna bill, which she told me "Either card or nothing, I have no change on the back". I asked if it is normal to tell the customer that either card or nothing , the answer was that she had no change for other customers, but I added 50 crowns and she returned me 100 and change, so I would throw such service out the window !!!!
