No communication, both with the real estate agent and with the whole agency, 3 weeks still no answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozná komunikace. Měl jsem vybraný byt. Prováděl mě přímo majitel realitky. Během provádění byl stále na mobilu a chatoval s někým. V podstatě se věnoval mobilu a né vůbec mě. Slíbil mi dokumenty ale nezaslal mi je... Prosil jsem ho o zaslání asi 3x a ptal se, zda ještě je byt k dispozici, protože jsem čekal na jeho odpověd asi měsíc... Asi po měsíci a půl mi dokumenty zaslal a asi na druhý den napsal, že je byt rezervován... Za mě něco strašného..
Jo a schůzku domluvil tak, že člověk, který v bytě ještě bydlel o tom vůbec nevěděl, byl překvapený a v podstatě vylezl zrovna z koupelny, protože nás nečekal.
Terrible communication. I had a chosen apartment. I was guided directly by the real estate owner. During the execution, he was still on his cell phone and chatting with someone. He basically focused on his cell phone and not me at all. He promised me documents but didn't send them to me ... I asked him to send him about 3 times and asked if the apartment was still available, because I had been waiting for his answer for about a month ... the next day he wrote that the apartment is booked ... Something terrible for me ..
Yeah, and he arranged the meeting in such a way that the person who still lived in the apartment didn't know about it at all, was surprised and basically got out of the bathroom because he wasn't expecting us.
