První dvě reklamace uznají a dají nový kus zboží. Když mají po třetí reklamaci vracet peníze, tak už reklamaci neuznávají, i když doložíte reálné měření s velkými odchylkami! E	Erika Strmisková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím dát jednu hvězdičku,ale nejradši bych nedala žádnou! Absolutně nespokojená!! Příšerné jednání se zákazníkem. V červenci jsem si zakoupila telefon, který mi přišel s vadou... telefon a netelefonuje,což je dost závažná chyba. Poslala jsem jej na reklamaci, poslali mi jej zpět,že byla chyba SW a už by měl být ok,ale nepřišlo mi,že by s ním vůbec něco dělali. Samozřejmě čekali až do posledního dne reklamace. Po té co jsem jej po druhé poslala, že je zde stále chyba a prosila je o rychlejší vyřízení, bylo mi oznámeno že na to mají 30 dní ze zákona...OK tedy,tak snad to už konečně opraví. Opět se nekonalo a momentálně mi bylo řečeno,že nic nemůžou najít,tudíž mi reklamaci neuznají. Takže mi teď přijde po vice než 2 měsících stále nefunkční telefon,který můžu hodit max do šuplíku. Prý to dělají jen občas, ale kolega tam ten není a nikdo neví kdy tam bude. Na otázku zda jim tam mohu nechat telefon na opravu jsem dostal znovu pouze odpověď, kolega co to řeší tady není a nevíme kdy bude. Samozřejmě tomu předcházelo ještě šeptání o radu za rohem s kolegou. S takovým přístupem jsem se setkal poprvé Calling for service is absolutely unrealistic. I tried it throughout the day. D	Dominik kaláb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při reklamacích si ze zákazníka dělají naprostou srandu. Telefon se mi náhodně vypínal až na 2 dny v kuse a sekal se. Vzhledem k tomu, že to byla reklamace asi 14 dní před vypršením záruční doby, vykašlali se na to, telefon nejspíš ani neprověřili a poslali mi ho zpátky, že se vada neprojevila. Spoléhají na to, že se vám nebude chtít řešit dodatečné úkony. Nemají ani telefonní linku na reklamace. Na emailu to řeší jejich arogantní operátor, který se vám vysměje do ksichtu. Kdybych mohl dát -5* tak je dám. A firma Beryko.cz odemě může čekat znalecký posudek a mimosoudní řešení sporů přes ČOI. They make fun of complaints from the customer. Zboží vůbec nezkoušejí prostě jej pošlou zpět že se závada neprojevila a spoléhají na to že zákazník rezignuje a vykašle se na to. Vše s nimi řešte přes ČOI nebo žalobou. Scammers and amateurs.
