★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vcelku v pohodě ,objednáno na konkrétní čas a i délka prohlídky a seřízení odpovídala .Jen jsem nemohl využít kompletní služby z důvodu poruchy na jednom měřícím zařízení.
 Quite fine, ordered for a specific time and the length of the inspection and adjustment corresponded. I just could not use the complete service due to a failure on one measuring device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednán na čas, vyřízen v rozumné době(dvě kafe), auto jede. Před tím. Pneumatiky objednané přes e-shop,dodány na servis, opět objednán na čas, jedno kafe a jel jsem domů na nových. Co víc si přát.
Ordered on time, settled in a reasonable time (two coffees), the car goes. Before that. Tires ordered through the e-shop, delivered for service, again ordered on time, one coffee and I drove home on new ones. What else could you wish for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem vyvážit kola, ale na první pokus se to nepovedlo, kola házela víc než předtím. Druhý pokus zalomen šroub kola, převážení na druhé vyvažovačce a kola hází dál. Zalomený šroub nemohli sehnat a tak jsem byl nucen si ho opatřit sám. Následná výměna vyvrcholila sprostým jednáním mechanika, pokusem nahnat mi strach utlačováním jeho tělem a slovním napadáním. BestDrive Ústí nad Labem - Trmice nedoporučuji. Neodborná manipulace při práci na mém vozu nebyla zjištěna poprvé
I wanted to balance the wheels, but on the first try it failed, the wheels threw more than before. The second attempt bent the wheel bolt, carrying it on the second balancer and throwing the wheels on. They couldn't get the bent screw, so I was forced to get it myself. The ensuing exchange culminated in the vulgar behavior of a mechanic, an attempt to frighten me with oppression by his body and verbal assault. I do not recommend BestDrive Ústí nad Labem - Trmice. Improper handling while working on my car was not discovered for the first time
