★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location almost adjacent to both tram and metro. Have used apartments twice. They are owned / run by a company which have a number of different units with very friendly and helpful staff on both stays.
The first apartment was a larger one, no. 715, really excellent with enough room to relax in. Condition was good. The second stay was in one of the smaller units, clean and tidy, but maintenance had been left a bit too long. Little things wrong, plug missing in bathroom sink, shower off the wall, some broken tiles and washing machine (yes had one) wasn't working (found out after putting cloths in). Still was a good apartment, but not up to standard of first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place with a reception and a clean corridors. It could be very loud in the morning when collecting garbage. But a good place to leave - metro, trams and a store with groceries super close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good for the price and maybe even beyond. Rooms are good sized and clean. Kitchen is well equiped. The view from the terrace is breath taking!
Very well connected to public transport, metro station is 2mins walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment right next to a supermarket (Albert) and the metro station. It's a quiet place where you can relax on the upper teras. I would totally recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Away from Prague touristic grid while a short 5 minutes subway ride to old town. Walking distance to Karlin neighborhood - where there are coffee shops, Albert supermarket (much better and cleaner than the Albert behind the building) and local shopping. The apartment offered everything we expected for a comfortable stay.
