★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is really nice. Breakfast & dinner is super tasty. Room is normal size and comfortable. We had forgotten stuffed animal of our kid. And hotel was nice enough, to send it to Latvia, so we don’t have to go back to Ostrava.
Thank you, we’ll be staying again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is located approx. 20 to 30min from OSR airport. Staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit small in size, but well cleaned. The bed is comfortable. Amenities like kettle, tea/coffee and a safe are provided in the room.
The dining options are good and great value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I loved the small decorations here and there, and the rooms are fine.
But at front there are only parking spots for women or business customers. Men are supposed to park further away from the reception.
Perhaps it would be better to have a handicapped spot, or a spot for guests arriving/leaving at night instead of a spot for ladies?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended this hotel as part of work. Room, from the pic is clean and grand. The food is not great. Very dry and no taste to it. The staff is not friendly and hospitable. We assume that the hotel staff would be friendly and accommodating but not here. The front house staff and the hotel manager was fantastic. Very friendly and I wish her enthusiasm can be passed on to the rest of the staff. Location is pretty good. There is a huge park near the hotels and it’s walking distance to Lidl (10min)and avion shopping centre(20min).
Will I come back to this hotel? I don’t think so

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this as review who were booked here by his company, and spent less than 24 hours here. Place is definitely old, but it has it’s charm if you’re into it. Staff were really nice to me. Room was totally fine and clean, quality of amenities were about average. Had a great sleep after the some dinner (Wienerschnitzel with potatoes and parsley - unfortunately later was kind of missing from it, but the meat tasted great. Also got some appetizer: spread with bread) in their restaurant, which was actually good quality and plenty. Room had a huge TV with internet connection, therefore I could catch up with some of my YouTube channels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in late in the night without any issues. The stuff was very nice, kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were very nice, little Haribo bags made my day! We had big and very comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of choices, as vegetarian I was more than satisfied. I highly recommend.
