★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zjednodušeně - ceny nadprůměrné, služby sotva průměrné. Byl jsem na výměně kol. Letní za zimní. Oceňuji, že jsem nečekal a kola si vyložili a naložili do kufru sami. Na druhou stranu cena 890 za přehození kol a jejich vyvážení je nad průměrem. Proč je o 100 vyšší než mají na internetu nevím. Pán v telefonu při objednání mi dával jasně najevo, že ho obtěžuji. Na můj dotaz v servisu, jak jsou na tom pneumatiky, kolik ještě zvládnou, my bylo odpovězeno - "já nevím, to nejde poznat". To fakt chcete slyšet od "profíků". Svou práci udělali, jasně ale dávají najevo, že není důvod se vracet.
Simply put - prices above average, services barely average. I was on a bike change. Summer for winter. I appreciate that I didn't wait and they unloaded the bikes and loaded them into the trunk themselves. On the other hand, the price of 890 for changing wheels and balancing them is above average. I don't know why it's 100 higher than they have on the internet. When ordering, the gentleman on the phone made it clear to me that I was harassing him. When asked at the service center how the tires are, how much more they can handle, we were answered - "I don't know, it's impossible to tell". You really want to hear that from "pros". They have done their job, but they make it clear that there is no reason to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes, již podruhé, se mnou bylo vyběhnuto. Problém píchlé pneu je s odůvodněním objednávek až do příštího týdne nezajímá. Takže, máš-li problém a nejsi objednán neotravuj!!
Kartičku BestDrive jsem zlikvidoval a rád nebudu ostatním objednaným a
spokojeným zákazníkům překážet.
Naštěstí mě opět pomohl autoservis Pařízek.
Today, for the second time, it was run with me. The problem of flat tires is not interested in justifying orders until next week. So, if you have a problem and you are not ordered do not bother !!
I have discarded the BestDrive card and I will not be happy for the others ordered and
satisfied customers.
Fortunately, the Pařízek car service helped me again.
