★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezervační systém nefunguje. Počítejte, že přijdete na řadu po 45min. Nikdo vás o ničem neinformuje. Nikdo vám neřekne, do kterého boxu máte zajet. Venku mechanici vykuřují a vy čekáte, chodíte kolem a doufáte, že si vás někdo všimne....ano, taky zkušenost a pro celou pobočku jistě návrh na zlepšení.
 The reservation system does not work. Expect your turn after 45min. Nobody informs you about anything. Nobody will tell you which box to go to. Outside, the mechanics are smoking and you are waiting, walking around and hoping that someone will notice you ... yes, also experience and for the whole branch certainly a suggestion for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minulý týden jsem byl domluvený na výměnu kol. Přijel jsem o dvacet minut dřív oproti domluvenému času a neměli problém mně vzít hned jak se uvolnil box. Vstřícný personál, vedoucí pobočky mi dokonce koupil kávu. Postarali se i o likvidaci starých pneu. Kdyby šlo, dám 6 *

Dle otvírací doby na webu máte do 12. hodin otevřeno, stejná otvírací doba je i na dveřích nalepená na provozovně v Ivanovicích. V celém areálu nikdo. Bylo by vhodný to opravit, když na lince nikdo nebere telefony. Díky za zkušenost už vás nikdy nevyužiju..
