★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mel jsem unik na kole, maly ale byl. Chtel jsem jasne sundat gumu, ocistit disk, pretesnit a vymenit ventilek. Bohuzel u opravy jsem nemohl byt pritomen. Po vyse zmineych krocich po 2 tydnech opet unik. Zajel jsem do jineho servisu a po sundani slo jasne videt ze je unik mezi rafkem a gumou protoze tam byla rez. Takze gumu nesundali ale zauctovali si pekne 200,-
Doporucuju zvolit jiny "pneuservis"
 I had a bike leak, but I was. I wanted to clearly remove the rubber, clean the disc, seal and replace the valve. Unfortunately, I could not be present at the repair. After more steps after 2 weeks escape again. I went to another service and after removing it was clear to see that there is a leak between the raft and rubber because there was rust. So they did not take off the rubber but worshiped 200, -
I recommend choosing another "tire service"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meli jeste 20 min otevreno a neopravili mi defekt zadniho kola. V dalsim pneduservise trvala oprava 5minut.
They had 20 minutes open and they didn't fix my rear wheel defect. In the next service, the repair took 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Původně jsem chtěl přezouvat kola na auto úplně někde jinde, ale nakonec jsem se dle předchozích recenzí na webu rozhodl pro BestDrive na ul. Příborská ve Frýdku-Místku. Nelituji rozhodnutí a jsem velmi spokojen. Velice příjemné prostředí, profesionální vystupování, kdy mi i pomohli kola vyložit a posléze i naložit :-) a nakonec i dobrá cena. Zde určitě i příště budu přezouvat svého miláčka :-)...Děkuji
Originally, I wanted to change the wheels of the car somewhere else, but in the end, according to previous reviews on the website, I decided for BestDrive on Příborská Street in Frýdek-Místek. I do not regret the decision and I am very satisfied. Very pleasant environment, professional performance, when they even helped me unload the bikes and then load :-) and finally a good price. I will definitely change my pet here next time as well: -) ... Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po včerejší zkušenosti a pomoci s nedokonale opraveným defektem v jiném pneuservisu musím hodnotit velice kladně, jak profesionální přístup, tak ochotu zaměstnanců a jejich chování k zákazníkovi. Možná vyšší ceny, ale rozhodně profesionalita, za kterou si raději připlatím!
After yesterday's experience and help with an imperfectly repaired puncture in another tire service I have to evaluate very positively both the professional approach and the willingness of employees and their behavior towards the customer. Maybe higher prices, but definitely professionalism, which I prefer to pay extra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše v pořádku, hvězdu dolů dávám za to, že jsme na opravu defektu museli čekat půl hodiny a přitom jsme žádali, jestli si to můžeme vyzvednout za hodinu a půl, protože jsme nutně potřebovali někam zajet ještě před odpolední směnou, neboť jsme nestihli.
All right, I give the star down for the fact that we had to wait half an hour to repair the defect, and at the same time we asked if we could pick it up in an hour and a half, because we really needed to go somewhere before the afternoon shift because we didn't make it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zklamání, utrhli šroub bez nabídky řešení, ani slovo o náhradě, v podstatě si za to můžeme sami. Už nikdy více. Kvalitu poznáte podle toho, jak se zachovají při problémech. Tady to hodí na vás.
Disappointed, they tore the screw without offering a solution, not a word about compensation, basically we are to blame. Nevermore. You can tell the quality by how they behave in case of problems. It suits you here.
