★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednoduché opravy a údržbu zvládají dobře. Pokud ale má dojít na odhalení závady když auto dělá co nemá, už je to bývá velký problém (v jiném servisu se zkušenějším personálem odhalili hned). Mají parádní mašinu na seřízení geometrie, no jo ale zase ten personál. Když jim to ukáže špatné hodnoty tak řeknou že to seřídit nejde a to je vše. Co takhle navrhnout výměnu podvozkových dílů? Neseřídí nic a ještě zkásnou peníze. Pak bych se ale neměl divit, že pneu se sjíždí špatně a bude mě to stát peníze navíc.
Takže, vybavení je v pohodě, administrativní personál a vedoucí také, ale ty mechanici stojí za prd. Buď je pořádně zaškolit, přidat na platech a nebo vyhodit. Lepší hodnocení dát nemůžu, protože svůj účel zrovna moc neplní.
 They handle simple repairs and maintenance well. However, if a defect is to be discovered when the car is doing what it does not have, it is usually a big problem (in another service with more experienced staff, they were detected immediately). They have a great machine for adjusting the geometry, but yes, the staff. When it shows them bad values, they say that it can't be adjusted and that's it. How about proposing the replacement of chassis parts? They don't adjust anything and still make money. But then I shouldn't be surprised that the tires slide badly and it will cost me extra money.
So, the equipment is fine, the administrative staff and the manager as well, but those mechanics are worth the fart. Either train them properly, add them to the salaries or throw them away. I can't give a better rating because it doesn't serve its purpose very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do tohoto "servisu" jsem jel pouze přehodit letní pneumatiky na zimní, a to z důvodu blízké vzdálenosti od centra JH. Čekací dobu v profesionálním pneuservisu hodinu a půl bych ještě přežil, ale už jsem tušil, že vše nebude v pořádku (jako např. když pan se servisák po hodině zeptal, zda se jedná o model SLK, mi při výměně pneumatik nepřišlo úplně důležité :). Po měsíčním řešení brzd, kdy šel rachot od zadních kol jsem zjistil, že mi v tomto pneuservisu přervali šrouby pravého zadního kola tak, že drhli a já myslel, že jsou špatné pakny zadní brzdy. No nic, šikovný servisák šroub zkrátil a celý problém opravil, nicméně tento pneuservis už pro dlouhou dobu nekvalitně odvedené práce příště nevyužiji. Snad tím někomu ušetřím cestu a peníze :)
I only went to change this summer service to winter tires for this "service", due to the close distance from the center of JH. I would have survived the waiting time in a professional tire service for an hour and a half, but I already knew that everything would not be okay (such as when the serviceman asked after an hour if it was an SLK model, it did not seem very important to me when changing tires :) . After a month's solution of the brakes, when the rumble of the rear wheels came, I found out that in this tire service, the bolts of my right rear wheel were torn off so that they rubbed and I thought that the rear brake shoes were bad. Well, nothing, a skilled service technician shortened the screw and fixed the whole problem, however, I will not use this poor service for a long time of poor work. Maybe this will save someone a trip and money :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem objednaný na geometrii ale při příjezdu na termín mi řekli že nemají čas a lidi... To že někdo omarodi je možné ale na to musí být ta firma připravená. Můj zaměstnavatel také nemůže zákazníkovi říct že řidič marodí tak musí počkat... Takhle to nefunguje
I was ordered for geometry, but when they arrived on time, they told me that they didn't have time and people ... That someone was possible but the company had to be ready for that. My employer also can't tell the customer that the driver is going to have to wait ... That's not how it works
