S	Standa Svarc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji tento servis, potřeboval jsem opravit defekt na jedné pneu. Sice jsme se shodli na tom, že pneu raději vyměníme za novou, nicméně technik na mne nastoupil frajerským přístupem, že je to starý typ a stará guma a že kdesi cosi. Raději jsem odjel, nicméně potřeboval jsem řešení rychle, takže jsem se vrátil a požádal o cenu nové pneu a opravy. Panáček tedy našel cenu 3570,-Kč + 400 Kč přezutí. Skřípal jsem zuby, protože v součtu byla cena vyšší cca o 1200 Kč, než by se to dalo vyřešit jinde.. a to mě pán vysvětloval, že to mám s věrnostní slevou... :-) Řekl jsem budiž tedy, nechám ho hrát tu hru... Druhý den byla pneu k dispozici, výměna proběhla, nicméně faktura byla o dalších 100 Kč vyšší. Zeptal jsem se proč a prý, že museli aktivovat sensor TPMS, řekl jsem jim, že na Fordu se přeci nic neaktivuje, auto si načte sensor samo a ikdyby ne, tak sensor přesi zůstal na stejném kole...??? Odpověď byla vyhýbavá, že prý stejně kontrolovali, zda je sensor v pořádku a že prý je to kvůli mě, abych si pak nestěžoval, že ho rozbili třeba... Takže 1200 Kč marže navíc nad standardní jim nestačila, ještě 100 Kč navíc... A závěrem, aby to nebylo vše mi ještě dali k podpisu GDPR A4 list papíru psaný malým písmem... a to už jsem před tím dal dva podpisy kvvůli té údajné slevě... Prostě neuvěřitelná arogance, nikdy více ! I definitely do not recommend this service, I needed to repair a defect on one tire. Although we agreed that we would rather replace the tires with a new one, the technician took me on a dude approach, that it is an old type and an old tire, and that something is somewhere. I preferred to leave, but I needed a solution quickly, so I came back and asked for the price of a new tire and repairs. The doll therefore found the price of CZK 3,570 + CZK 400. I gritted my teeth, because in total the price was about 1200 CZK higher than it could be solved elsewhere .. and the gentleman explained to me that I have it with a loyalty discount ... :-) So I said, so I'll let him play the game ... The next day the tires were available, the exchange took place, however, the invoice was another 100 CZK higher. I asked why and they said they had to activate the TPMS sensor, I told them that nothing was activated on the Ford, the car would load the sensor itself and if not, so the overtime sensor remained on the same wheel ... ??? The answer was evasive, saying that they still checked to see if the sensor was OK and that it was because of me not to complain that they broke it, for example ... So CZK 1,200 extra margin above the standard was not enough for them, CZK 100 more And last but not least, they gave me a GDPR sheet of paper to sign GDPR A4 ... and I've given two signatures before that because of the alleged discount ... Just incredible arrogance, never again!
