★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem mel tu moznost jiz podruhe navstivit servis BestDrive, prvne to bylo pred rokem kvuli vyvazeni kol, dnes byl zakrok o neco vetsi.
V mem pripade se jednalo o zuti starych pneu a obuti zcela novych, jejich vyvazeni a montaze na vuz, posleze nasledovala geometrie, ktera i na to, ze vlastnim vuz jenz je znam svou problematikou geometrie na zadni naprave, byla svizna, bezproblemova a dopadla velmi dobre.
S pristupem techniku a celkove zamestnancu jsem spokojen, mohl jsem se bud jit posadit do cekarny, ci tzv. koukat mechanikovi pod ruku, coz mu nevadilo, ja jsem opet o neco chytrejsi a rec take nestala.
Popravde jsem i zustal rad, nebot uz jsem zazil mnoho pripadu kdy technici nezachazeji dobre se sverenym vozem a mnohokrat jsem reklamoval i nekolikanasobne za sebou vyvazeni kol.
Vzhledem k tomu ze jsem obvolal dalsi 2 servisy a tam mi bylo receno na objednani a za 14 dni, a zde v BestDrive necht prijedu za 2.5h a mam to na pockani, jsem nadmiru spokojen a hodnotim tuto zkusenost kladne.
Today I had the opportunity to visit the BestDrive service for the second time, the first was a year ago due to wheel balancing, today the intervention was a bit bigger.
In my case, it was about the wear of old tires and brand new tires, their balancing and assembly on the car, followed by geometry, which, even though the car is known for its problem of geometry on the rear axle, was brisk, trouble-free and turned out very good.
I am satisfied with the approach of the technician and the overall staff, I could either sit in the waiting room or look at the mechanic's arm, which did not bother me, I am a little smarter again and the speech did not happen.
In fact, I stayed happy, because I have already experienced many cases where the technicians do not treat the entrusted car well, and many times I have complained about several times in a row.
Since I called another 2 services and I was told there to order and in 14 days, and here in BestDrive I will arrive in 2.5 hours and I have it waiting, I am extremely satisfied and I appreciate this experience positively.
