At first, cooperation was cool. Over time, it turned out that one has to check every detail and complain about it.

The company Bex, resp. Mr. Bojic, built a passive house almost for us. The work was carried out according to the agreement. Time and everything was fine. What we appreciated was the perfect agreement. There was no problem with any change. In addition, Mr. Bojic was very active in solving the problem and especially suggestions on how to solve it. After a while, we used the company to dig a swimming pool, landscaping and lay 300m2 of paving. In the final, we asked for the construction of a terrace with a roof. The last small project we commissioned from Bex was a mini-house for children. So satisfaction is also on the part of our children :) Thank you and I recommend

"I do not recommend Mr. Bojič's Bex. Very poor work, poor communication, a lot of things had to be complained about and in the final the gross defects still remained, because this company was not able to fix them. As for the deadline, absolutely out of the question, Mr. Bojič constantly made excuses that he had other contracts and no people. You have bad luck after you pay. He did not leave the building, he finished it, but there are many gross defects and we have to look at them today and every day. Very poor work done !! Attention!!

Mr. Bojic's Bex company is an example of a company you hope you will not encounter during your construction. We continued to work on the construction we bought unfinished and agreed to finish the annex with walkable roof and thermal insulation of mineral slabs with a facade according to the project and construction supervision by Mr. Bojic (Now we know that it was a fundamental mistake). Beginning at the end of August, end of 30. 11. Most of the time there was nobody on the construction or nuts were shattered in front of the house, the annex was probably built according to the project, promised photo documentation or checks before covering etc. did not take place. Technological procedure of thermal insulation not followed and repaired at the request of our architect. For a third of the house, we decided to postpone the insulation for another year through the moisture of the masonry (= less work). The deadline for delivery at the end of November and the house is still covered with mineral plates, which have been trapping moisture and occasional rain for weeks. Constant excuses why nobody is there and when will be there (which has not happened). They say there are no people, other orders, etc. On the construction of an outrageous mess, wadding from boards all over the land, soaked in clay. Lost work boots and a portable speaker have been lost, without apology, but at least we cut the final payment. In December before Christmas, when winter came unexpectedly (albeit mild), we stopped work and forced Mr. Bojic to at least hide the cotton wool under the glue with a lining. At zero temperatures we have already refused to let the facade and talk about the fact that Mr. Bojic facade in the winter and let's see that it is no longer have the stomach and we wanted to terminate the cooperation as soon as possible. At the end of January, only under the threat of non-payment of the overpriced contract managed to force Bex to clean up the building, at least what was possible, agreed to waterproofing the walkable roof to the annex, which they did not do according to the project. We accounted for the work done, agreed to repair the shrink insulation, which flows and in addition has no place to drain when they did not follow the technological procedure of laying spouts and they are centimeter above the roof area. We received a construction log, documents from waste and used materials and we said goodbye. And probably forever because now that we are trying to contact Mr. Bojic through the agreement to fix his wrecked work, so surprisingly he does not answer the phone and does not answer the call. Mr. Bojic represents a typical craftsman who spoils the name of everyone else and the guys who work for him. While he may know how to do the job technologically correctly and functionally, he doesn't do it, and the work is off the hook. This can be seen in a number of his inherited works in the house from cooperation with previous owners. Therefore, I warn against working with this company unless you are a masochist. According to the lawyer, I just shouldn't have paid it, now I won't do anything about it :(
