Vždycky jsem to řešil s jedním jejich zaměstnancem, který k tomu měl informace. Vyřizování netrvalo dlouho a přístup byl se zájmem. I have been in contact with them several times to process the supplier's contract and then also to purchase from our PV plant. I always dealt with one of their employees who had the information. The process did not take long and the approach was with interest.

Proč jsem k nim přešel? Výhoda zelené energie, nejlepší ceny výkupu z FVE, ceny z burzy. I've only been with them for a month, but I must say that great satisfaction. They handled all administrative steps with the transition and everything went smoothly. Why did I go to them? The advantage of green energy, the best purchase prices from PV, prices from the stock exchange.
V	Veronika Havlíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V zari 2021 jsem se pripojila k plynu, nasledne ceny na trhu vyletely nahoru pres 100€/mWh. Vyckala jsem a ted v listopadu to vypada na snad na klesajici trend. S obavou jsem volala na linku, kde mi operator po pravde sdelil, ze situace je divoka a pobavili jsme se o faktorech, ovlivnujicich vyvoj cen. Doslo i na otazku vypovedi smlouvy - o vsem se mnou diskutovat na rovinu, bez manipulativnich technik. Jejich pristup me presvedcil, ze i v krizi chci byt nadale jejich odberatelem a podporit je i na ukor aktualne stale vysokych cen. Za me cenim ferove jednani v krizove situaci!! In September 2021 I joined the gas, then the market prices soared to over 100 € / mWh. I waited and now in November it looks like a perhaps declining trend. I anxiously called the hotline, where the operator told me the truth that the situation was wild and we talked about the factors influencing price developments. There was also the question of terminating the contract - discuss everything with me on a level playing field, without manipulative techniques. Their approach convinced me that even in a crisis, I want to continue to be their customer and support them even at the current high prices. For me, I appreciate fair dealing in a crisis situation !!

I vzhledem k nejdražší ceně nedoporučuji. Good start, everything worked. But the later communication when I finished the subscription was a disaster. Reluctance and unnecessary demands beyond. Even with the most expensive price, I do not recommend.

Vřele doporučuji, pokud někdo nerad telefonuje tak jako já. I have twice used the possibility of their chat window on the website and always satisfied, both in terms of content and response speed. I highly recommend if someone doesn't like to call like me.
P	Pavel K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tváří se "kamarádsky" a pohodově, ale důrazně nedoporučuji. Při řešení nejasností s vyúčtováním se ukázalo, že jejich hesla jsou jen prázdné fráze. Prošvihli lhůtu odečtu (nestihli do 31.12., i když to písemně potvrdili), a při reklamaci jsem obdržel až arogantní vyjádření, že mám smůlu. Takže nevěřte všem líbivým reklamním sloganům.... looks "friendly" and relaxed, but strongly not recommended. When dealing with billing ambiguities, it turned out that their passwords are just empty phrases. They missed the reading deadline (they didn't make it by 31 December, even though they confirmed it in writing), and during the complaint I received an arrogant statement that I was unlucky. So don't believe all the pleasing advertising slogans ....
