★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na začátku vypadala spolupráce opravdu skvěle. Pan Prokůpek pracuje 7/24 a nic nebyl problém. Všechno bude, vše zařídí a od začátku vám cpe do hlavy, jak to v podstatě dělá zadarmo. Zisk má prý 0,3% a všechno ostatní je tůze drahé. I nás přesvěčil svým hereckým výkonem, že to dělá jako by to zařizoval sám pro sebe.
Moje rada: Nic mu nepodepisujte!
Jakmile vás dostane na podpis smlouvy, tak máte smůlu. Jde přes mrtvoli a zajímají ho pouze peníze. Nakonec zjistíte, že ostatní realitky umí prodávat rychleji a berou si za to polovinu. Obvykle 50-60tis. i s DPH za vše. Prokůpek vám to osolí na 60tis.+DPH+posudek+další věci. Také vám ze smluv plynou za všechno pokuty a pokud mu nepůjdete na ruku, tak se připravte na krušné časy. Na závěr. Celou dobu vám říká jak jsou ostatní hrozní a jací jsou to šmejdi. Sám vymýšlí pasti na zájemce, fiktivní inzeráty a jiné rafinovanosti. Prokůpek je šmejd a navíc velmi rafinovanej.
