Bohužel nemám dobrého slova na ten obchod Bicycle ATOM..... koupil jsem v tento obchodě dráty na kolo značky DT Swiss daly mně namíchání neznačkové a k tomu ještě křiví možná chtěly to dát na kolo ale nic nevyšlo nevím ale fakt že prodaly křivý a ne všechny značkový. Když jsem chtěl to vrátit to zboží tak strhli mně 2% od nákupu. Jak to možné vůbec nechápu. Tak prosím lidí dávejte pozor na tento obchod!!!!
Good day. Unfortunately, I don't have a good word for the Bicycle ATOM shop ..... I bought DT Swiss bike wires in this shop. all branded. When I wanted to return the goods they took me 2% off the purchase. How can I not understand that at all. So please people beware of this shop !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud víte co chcete, tak to dostanete. Pokud nevíte, tak poradí. V sobotu měli neskutečný frmol. Fronta lidí a dokázali při tom lepit i defekty kol. Byl zde jeden prodávající a jeden servisák.
Líbilo se mi, že vám kolo půjčí před prodejnu a jezdi. Nesedí? Nevadí. Zkuste větší/menší. Řídítka zkrátíme na počkání apod.
If you know what you want, you get it. If you don't know, they will advise. They had an incredible rumble on Saturday. A queue of people and they were able to glue wheel defects. There was one seller and one serviceman.
I liked that he would lend you a bike in front of the store and ride it. Doesn't fit? Does not matter. Try bigger / smaller. We shorten the handlebars while waiting, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohu jen doporučit. Znalci dostanou co potřebují a lidem jako já co nejsou až tak zběhlí moc dobře poradí. Personál má skvělí přístup a vždy se snaží nejlépe pomocí.
I can only recommend. Experts will get what they need and will advise people like me who are not so good. The staff has a great approach and always tries their best to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had last bike in an offer for weekend rental. The bike had front light broken. I asked the stuff, how about a Police stoping me in the evening because of absence of front light. Who will be responsible. "That is your problem, not ours", the seller answered. I asked for a discount. Not passable, renting only for regular price... Broken bike for which I can get a fee from Police and my life can be in threat on the road... Avoid this place, avoid this service and it's stuff. These are kind of guys who shouldn't have a licence to entrepreneuring. At least not in Central Europe.
