★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto laxní a amatérský přístup realitního agenta p. Němce. Rezervační smlouvu správně vyplnil na 4. pokus a po roce mlžení z něj vypadlo, že vlastně k prodeji pozemku v Kařezu nedojde - i přes zaplacení rezervačního a jiných poplatků.
Absolutely lax and amateur approach of real estate agent Mr. Němec. He correctly filled in the reservation contract on the 4th attempt, and after a year of fogging, it turned out that the land in Kařez would not actually be sold - despite the payment of reservation and other fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 roky problémů a starostí. Naprosto nedopuručujeme realitní ani finanční služby této společnosti. Naštěstí si nás pod sebe vzala přímo Modrá pyramida, jinak bychom hypotéku asi nikdy nenačerpali.
3 years of problems and worries. We do not completely support the real estate or financial services of this company. Fortunately, the Blue Pyramid took us directly, otherwise we would probably never take out a mortgage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Koupili jsme přes Bidli pozemek, chtěli jsme s nimi stavět RD a měli jsme přes ně hypotéku. Vše byla naprostá katastrofa, tato firma nestojí ani za jednu hvězdičku. 2 roky trápení a vydáno spoustu peněz za nic. K nám se celý tým zachoval neprofesionálně a nekorektně. Pokud máte sen, že si postavíte svůj vlastní dům, tak jako máme my, tak rozhodně nespolupracujte s firmou Bidli.
Definitely not recommended. We bought land through Bidli, we wanted to build a family house with them and we had a mortgage through them. Everything was a complete disaster, this company is not worth a single star. 2 years of hardship and spent a lot of money for nothing. The whole team treated us unprofessionally and incorrectly. If you have a dream that you will build your own house, as we have, then definitely do not cooperate with the Bidli company.
