I just told him my requirements and he went out of his way and found me the product which suited my needs. On top of this he also found a way to make it easy for me to comply with the documentary requirements which I appreciated because I’m 3rd country foreigner.

Eva Gajdošová at Bidli was extremely helpful in explaining my options and the benefits and drawbacks of each, choosing the right product, and dealing with all the related administration. Eva was communicative, engaged, and knowledgeable, and her helpfulness went above and beyond the call of duty.

Very aggressive, forcing various products (electricity, kitchen, etc.), even though we just wanted to buy an apartment. He even blackmailed us and did not want to pass on our interest in the apartment in case we did not promise him that we would take electricity and a kitchen from him. He explained to us that he gets points for everything and then goes on holiday for them for free. The culture at Bidli looks very toxic, and profit-oriented at all costs. Impersonal, cheeky and very unpleasant experience. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

She always prepared all domcuments, explained all my questions even several times, as I´m not fully orientated in this area. They convinced us that they have some "expert team" who will help us in designing the kitchen and installing it at our place. We chose a design and agreed on installing it. After paying them a part of the kitchen, they do not answer to emails, phone calls...everything take time for them. We have ordered the kitchen in February and now in May, they are still having excuses for not installing it, and we still do not have kitchen! We found out that even after the deadline on the installation they still do not have the materials for the kitchen! Order your kitchen anywhere else but not in Bidli. I do not recommend their services. Do not let them fool you as they did to us! They are unprofessional and do not even deserve a single star.
