★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takhle dobrý prozákaznický servis jsem dlouho nezkusil. Prodejce pan Hába se mi dlouhou dobu věnoval, odpovídal trpělivě na mé neznalé dotazy, a vše vysvětlil, až mi bylo nakonec líto, že mi typ kola uplně nevyhovoval, a já zatím s nákupem díky nedostupnosti kol musel počkat.
Jinak prodejna je dobře zásobená i různými doplňky a dle té doby co jsem byl na prodejně bylo vidět, že zákazníkům na servisu se skutečně věnují.
Jediná nevýhoda je trochu parkování a že si kolo nemůžete vyzkoušet na větší ploše, ale jen na malém plácku za prodejnou.
Pro kolo se určitě budu snažit zastavit zde.
I have not tried such a good customer service for a long time. The seller, Mr. Hába, paid a long time to me, answered my ignorant questions patiently, and explained everything, until I was finally sorry that the type of bike did not suit me at all, and I had to wait for the purchase due to the unavailability of bicycles.
Otherwise, the store is well stocked with various accessories, and from the time I was in the store, it was clear that they really care about the customers at the service.
The only downside is a bit of parking and that you can not try the bike on a larger area, but only on a small patch behind the store.
For the bike I will definitely try to stop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkuji moc za skvělý servis. VIP servis kola je opravdu exkluzivní. Mám zase pocit, že jsem na novém kole. Kromě toho jste dokázali i vymyslet řešení ojetého nejmenšího pastorku na Sram 11 spd kazetě a to vskutku originálně! Díky moc a určitě se budu i v budoucnu vracet :)
