★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff. Jitka helped us to choose the straps for the bike, as well as to secure the bike inside of the van. She spent at least an hour helping us and when it was time to pay, she refused to take any tips for the help, which was kind of shocking, but in a positive way. 11/10, I can recommend them.

Helpful staff, although I have a tip for blond/gray haired woman (on web page seems this is "Zuzka") - do not comment on what customer is wearing while shopping. If I like to go in sneakers given day I do so and this is none of your business. Inappropriate comment "když přijdete o prsty..." should cost you a bonus at least! You deducted some stars from this rating...
