★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pool hall but the older guy who works there is pretty grumpy and unfriendly. I think he's in the wrong line of work, he's certainly not suited to the service industry. He should be in a back office, on his own, as far away from the public as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place, but unfortunately the barman lost control after we sat in the wrong table. Instead of politely asking us to move our stuff he violently shouted and cursed us while I was paying him for the beers.

It's not the typical pool hall you'd imagine in films, it's clean (especially the toilets) good quality tables family friends and each table has its own little table for drinks, seats and coat hooks. They also serve food and drink. Highly recommended for a lazy afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ decent place, I have been going there for about 10 years. The only concern I have is that children are not allowed to play on regular pool tables or the snooker table. I know the fabric is expensive, but it should be guardians responsibility to ensure that the fabric is not damaged in any way. otherwise how and when will children learn to play snooker for example..
