Nakoupila jsem již po druhé, po prvním neprofesionálním zážitku jsem tomu dala ještě šanci, stane se. Bohužel všechny negativní recenze níže vypovídají realitu a je to tam standardem. Pokud chcete dobrou službu, běžte jinam. In short, absolutely unprofessional approach, lack of interest, terrible service. I only met one young lady there, who was an exception. I bought it for the second time, after the first non-professional experience I gave it another chance, it will happen. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews below tell the reality and it is standard there. If you want good service, go elsewhere.

Dnes jsme měli tu čest navštívit tento kamenný obchod firmy BISAKU a v žádném případě nelitujeme! Původně i nás odradila místní kritika. S ničím, co je zde popisováno jsme se ale ani v nejmenším nesetkali a to jsme ani nebyli předem objednáni, což je zde většinou nutné. Tak tedy, potencionální klienti, POZOR!☝? Naopak jsme zažili “pouze” nezvykle milý a profesionální přístup dvou dam, které se o nás staraly s maximální péčí, vstřícností, úsměvem a maximální profesionalitou. Byla nám dokonce nabídnuta luxusní balená voda. O obrovské nabídce překrásných produktů nemluvě. ??? Nakonec jsme si vybrali a cena? Rozhodně neodpovídá té nádheře, kterou si odvezete domů. Vystihuje to asi jen jediná věta: “je to zadarmo!!!”. For all those who strictly “motivate” negative reviews… Don't believe anything here (Google Maps) !!! Today we had the honor to visit this BISAKU stone shop and we are not sorry! Originally, we were also discouraged by local critics. However, we have not encountered anything that is described here in the slightest, and we have not even ordered it in advance, which is usually necessary here. So, potential clients, ATTENTION! On the contrary, we experienced "only" an unusually kind and professional approach of two ladies who took care of us with the utmost care, helpfulness, smile and maximum professionalism. We were even offered luxury bottled water. Not to mention the huge range of beautiful products. ??? In the end, we chose and the price? It definitely doesn't match the splendor you take home. There is probably only one sentence: "it's free !!!".

Everything was as expected and they finalised our order earlier (2 weeks before the deadline). Guys even did the modifications as it was requested. The rings are stunning. Keep up the good work!
