Veganství je velmi příjemná životní cesta, ke které člověk přijde jakmile zjemní své JÁ a začne vnímat krásu tohoto světa. I když existuje mnoho různých cest, nám se líbí jít cestou co nejmenšího utrpení. Nejenom zvířat, ale i nás lidí. Láska k sobě vede i k lásce k druhým. Tvoříme tak více láskyplný svět nejenom pro nás ale i těm kteří přijdou po nás.
80-10-10Na základě našich zkušeností s RAW VEGANSKOU stravou jsme se dostali nejblíže k stravování 801010. Čísla znázorňují procenta nebo podíly energie získávané ze tří složek: cukrů (sacharidů), tuků (lipidů) a bílkovin (proteinů). Jinými slovy, 80% přijaté energie by mělo pocházet z jednoduchých cukrů, 10% z bílkovin a 10% z tuků. Jedná se tedy o nízkotučnou, syrovou, rostlinou stravu. Tento poměr se mění i v závislosti na ročním období a v zimě člověk přirozeně volí tučnější (více semínek a olejů) stravu, v létě více čerstvého sezonního ovoce.
VLÁKNINANaše jídla přirozeně obsahují velké množství vlákniny. Ta pomáhá dobrému trávení i vylučování potravy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really glad to have visited this exceptionally cute, little hidden treasure on a 2 day trip to Prague. I have celiac and it's almost always impossible to find a place where I can eat everything on the menu without worrying about my triggers, but this place catered to all my needs. I tried the cinammon late, indian sandwich and cookie and everything literally exceeded my expectations. Will definitely visit again and recommend it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best restaurant I’ve ever been in my lifetime while traveling around the world. The owner has a great sole, and he makes the food with love. I wish I could live closer!!! The atmosphere of the restaurant is so calming that it makes you not want to leave. I can’t wait to travel to Prague again and go to bistRaw multiple times a week. This is the best place to eat if you want vibrant and alive food.

The matcha latte is amazing, horseradish burger and thai soup are a good choice - very good taste and texture coming only from raw infredients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing place and a pearl in Prague. The food was great and so much different from what you can get anywhere else. I was only going to have breakfast, but ended up staying there the whole day. The teas were super high quality. The dishes were super creative and tasty. And you could feel the love that had been put into each dish by Milan (the owner and daily manager).
If you want healthy tasty food that leaves you feeling energetic and happy - then BistRaw is the place to go. ☀️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great restaurant!! The owner is super super friendly and extremely helpful! Was in Prague for 3 days and wish I had found the restaurant as soon as I arrived! I went for lunch on back to back days and both the avocado toast and the Czech Christmas dinner were unreal! Also cannot go wrong with their smoothies or desserts either! Seriously can’t give this place enough praise and hope to be back in Prague so I can go back and try some more of the amazing food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prague is one of the best cities in the world for vegan restaurants, but one oddity is that most of these places don't serve a lot of fresh vegetables. I can only eat so many veggieburgers and vegan pizzas before I need a huge serving of vegetables, so I find myself walking over to BistRAW at least three times a week. Considering the freshness, quality, and portion sizes this place is an absolute steal. The owner has been there every time I've visited and he keeps the place immaculate. It's a beautiful building, too. Walk down the spiral staircase to wash your hands in the restroom so you can check out the cavernous basement. Plenty of nice indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend the massive salads, and I'm a big fan of the poppy seed rolls and the apple strudel too. I'm so grateful that this place exists!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bistro is absolutely delicious!! Genuinely one of the best places I’ve been- I actually went two days in a row for lunch because everything I got the first time was so good. I got the green salad and zucchini spaghetti, a couple raw desserts as well, and some lattes and everything was super tasty!! The place is so cute and the owner was super friendly and helpful with offering suggestions. I highly recommend coming here, even if you’re not vegan or eat raw food, this place simply just has delicious and unique food!! I wish it was in my hometown!!
