Long-term rental at today's prices compares better to the annual Blahobyty accounting. Less worries, fees go to the tenant, it's more taxable and regular monthly income! The paradox is that I like this experience in the finals because I no longer have the dilemma of losing my long-term earnings :)! If you have a decent tenant who takes care of the apartment, pay regularly, has a relationship to the place and has been rented for a long time, so there is nothing to solve !!! Based on this personal experience I do not recommend Blahobyty !!!

We started negotiations with Blahobyty on the lease of an apartment. Now your official answer is in a completely different spirit than he orally told me on the phone. Otherwise, the verdict I really did not wait 7dní. The merchant's verdict came the next day after sending the inquiry. The following 7 days we tuned the apartment (especially equipment according to your requirements) and fulfillment of all conditions, including data to the contract. I understand that mistakes are happening, but your behavior, or quite different and lying behavior on the Internet, really does not increase my confidence.
