Prostě obchod s nabídkou i obsluhou jak by měl vypadat. Po doručení jsme nebyli spokojeni se zpracováním čela postele, takže jsme reklamovali - reklamace vyřízena v řádech dnů, komunikace naprosto perfektní. Další postel zase jedině od Blanáře. We have had a leatherette bed for 5 years and it is still like new. After delivery, we were not satisfied with the processing of the headboard, so we complained - complaints settled in a matter of days, communication absolutely perfect. Another bed only from Blanar.

Navíc návod neodpovídá danému zboží, tedy asi i tím vzniká zmatek v balení šroubů. Jedná se o produkt postele, číslo zakázky 902205. J	Josefína Bízová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupili jsme zde manželskou postel + matrace. Paní v prodejně byla ochotná a dokázala poradit. Matrace jsme si mohli v prodejně vyzkoušet. Vše jsme si nechali přivézt až domů. Bohužel jedna matrace přišla jiná, než byla objednaná. Výměna naštěstí nebyl problém :) Takže to jsme byli rádi. Postel doma máme půl roku a museli jsme zreklamovat jeden postelový píst - za dva dny přijel opravář a vše se dalo do pořádku. Takže se servisem jsme spokojení a s kvalitou ještě více. Postel je jinak velmi pohodlná, a to také díky nastavitelnému roštu dle váhy a matracím. Děkujeme. We bought a double bed + mattress here. The lady in the store was willing and able to advise. We could try the mattresses in the store. We had everything brought home. Unfortunately, one mattress came different than it was ordered. Exchange was fortunately not a problem :) So we were glad. We have a bed at home for half a year and we had to reclaim one bed piston - a repairman arrived in two days and everything was fine. So we are satisfied with the service and even more with the quality. The bed is otherwise very comfortable, also thanks to the adjustable grate according to weight and mattresses. Thank you.
K	Konrad Gąsior on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po przyjeździe na załadunek należy udac się do biura wchodząc na halę obok rampy nr 4, a następnie w środku po schodach. Wymagany jest numer referencyjny. Podajemy numer telefonu i wracamy do auta. Kiedy rampa się zwolni informują nas pod który numer mamy podjechać. Załadunek +/- 3 godziny ponieważ towar na naczepie układany jest ręcznie (łóżka rozłożone na części). Po skończonym załadunku przy naszej rampie usłyszy się dość głośna syrenę. Należy udać się z pieczątką firmy do biura po dokumenty. Na miejscu obok rampy nr 4 dostępne pomieszczenie socjalne z automatami z napojami, toaletą oraz prysznicem. Brak parkingu dla ciężarówek na pauzę. Przyjeżdżając należy się nastawić na raczej dłuższy pobyt. Drogi dojazdowe w okolicy raczej mało przyjemne do jazdy ciężarówką.
