Využila jsem služby BLANC, kdy mi ve všem vyšli vstříc, dokonce jsem prodala byt za vyšší cenu, vzhledem k tomu, že jiná realitka mi řekla prodejní cenu o mnohem méně. Děkuju a doporučuju. Excellent, proactive, especially professional approach to sales, their service is different from other realtors. I used the BLANC service, when they met me in everything, I even sold the apartment for a higher price, given that another real estate told me the sale price much less. Thank you and I recommend. Huge thumbs up at Andy, who single handedly answered all of my questions, fixed all my problems in record time. Thanks to her reaction time, dedication and also flawless english; she have made the moving in/out a breeze. Always helpful, competent, knowledgeable and truly flexible even sorting out problems even on evenings.
Especially would recommend if you are a foreigner. Ask for Andy!

She settled all the questions that we had, contacted the owners and agreed on everything, since we do not speak Czech, and our English is weak.
