A po roce kdy měli vrátit kauci, tak jenom slibuji, ale zatím nic, neposkytl roční a celkové vyúčtování za služby spojené s užíváním bytu, vymlouvají se na majitelku bytu ona zas na ně. určitě bych nikomu nedoporučila spolupráci s touto realitní kanceláří. Proto jsem tuto firmu doporučila dva roky nato svému bratrovi, když prodával tamtéž pozemek. Opět naprostá spokojenost. Když jsem se časem rozhodla pronajmout byt v Praze a odstěhovat se ven, neměla jsem už problém, na koho se obrátit. Pan magistr zařídil vše, "vybral" nájemníka souladu s mými představami a - jak je vidět - i s představami onoho nájemníka. Pokud se vyskytly jakékoli dotazy či právní problémy, vždy mi bylo ochotně pomoženo - domnívám se, že i nad rámec povinností realitky. Mé zkušenosti jsou na pět hvězdiček!
