Tohle místo je předně ten důvod, proč nejezdit na český hory. Na pitomé hranolky a polívku čekáte hodinu!!!! Nikdy víc ani Blaženka ani Špičák.

Chata Blazenka - luxusni poloha, ubytovani by si zaslouzilo trochu zmodernizovat, ale pro nenarocne je to super a na prespani dostacujici. Cena odpovida kvalite a fajn pristup personalu. Pres den se stejne vypadne do okolnich hor... Restaurace - skvele vedeni, prijemna a kamaradska obsluha a vynikajici jidlo a piti ??Umi to prodat a hlavne uvarit! Radi se vratime?

Fajn chata s velmi dobrou polohou, nedaleko vlakové zastávky Špičák, tudíž ubytovaní to nemají příliš daleko a zároveň u spodní zastávky lanové dráhy. Samotné ubytování je čisté, je zde 12 pokojů, různé velikosti. Sociální zařízení je společné. Velká výtka je nad matracemi. Slabé, proleželé - pro dospělého člověka téměř nepoužitelné. Vedlejší chata Hanička pak poskytuje snídaně, polopenze, či plné penze a zde je vše v pořádku. Jídlo je chutné. Při snídani je i zde káva z automatu. Chaty se specializují hodně na školy, takže se tomu vše přizpůsobuje a jsou zde na děti zvyklé. Bar nad chatou pak občas silně večer vyhrává, takže pokud jedete se skupinou mladších dětí, které mají dříve večerku, je nutné na to personál upozornit.

Nice place, good food but the choice is very limited . Unfortunately no credit cards accepted

Location is pretty bad of you go in summer season for hiking and don't have a car. There is no proper public transportation running between the place and the city center which is around 3.5km away and majority of this was is without any pedestrian path so you walk where trucks drive. If you want to use train, it is pretty comfortable because it is just few hundred meters from the Spicak station. The design is very old but pretty comfortable. The floor and bed are wooden and very loud, super thin walls so you hear everything from your neighbours, even harder breathing. Very minimalistic equipment, they don't give towels, there is no kettle in the room. Only one shower for the whole building, second one is locked and they don't give you keys. For me the biggest drawback was a woman working in the reception. It is opened only three hours a day and one day she closed it one hour before the time. I had to go to their restaurant and talk to the waiter (who was really nice and helped me, but it should be the job of the receptionist) because otherwise I won't be able to pay as I was leaving before the reception opens and they don't take cards or transfers. She also spoke in Czech to me and had the general attitude of "can't be bothered". They don't instruct you on how to check out if the reception is closed. If price is your priority then this place will do but don't have any expectations. Would not stay again.

I am sorry to say that because usually I don’t send bad comments but this time I really have to. I went to this restaurant this Sunday and the waitress seemed annoyed to serve foreign customers. Moreover they were really long to serve us, Czech people who arrived after us were served before. The worse part was the fact that at the end of the meal when we went to pay, they told us that we had to pay in cash even though it was noted nowhere. We didn’t have any cash so they sent us to an ATM at 5km (40mn by foot) to pay. Hopefully someone helped us so we didn’t had to go that far but that was a really really bad experience, and the meal didn’t worth the inconvenience!
