★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi 5x jsem volala, pokazdy jiný den a jinou hodinu a nikdy neměli taxík k dispozici. Vážně nevím jak tato taxi služba muže fungovat. A to ze jsem volala i půl hodiny dopředu.
 I called about 5 times, each time a different day and a different hour, and they never had a taxi available. I really don't know how this taxi service can work. And I called half an hour in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxik objednany den predem na 4.30 s nahlasenym odvozem na nadrazi prijel temer o 20 minut pozdeji, kdy uz jsme meli nastupovat do autobusu. Na nadrazi jsme nakonec dorazili minutu pred odjezdem. Kdyby slo o vlak a ne zajezdovy autobus, meli bychom smulu.
Dvakrat jsme behem cekani telefonovali s dispecerkou, ktera tvrdila, ze auto uz je na ceste a ze ho pslala na 4.30 - ridic, ktery pro nas prijel, vsak rekl, ze se o nas dozvedel az tesne pred tim, nez dorazil.
A taxi ordered the day before at 4.30 with a reported pick-up at the station arrived almost 20 minutes later, when we were supposed to get on the bus. We finally arrived at the station a minute before departure. If it was a train and not a tour bus, we would be out of luck.
Twice during the wait, we called the dispatcher, who claimed that the car was already on the road and that she wrote to him at 4.30 - the driver who came for us, however, said that he found out about us just before he arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporucuji. Nejlevnejsi taxi v Liberci je jen podvodny slogan. Na dispecinku predem overena cena z Bedrichova do centra Liberce, 250 Kč max 280 Kc. Ve skutečnosti 340 Kč, tedy stejna cena jakou uvadejí jine taxislusžby v Liberci. Tedy není duvod si objednávat u firmy, která uvádí zakaznika v omyl.
I do not recommend. The cheapest taxi in Liberec is just an underwater slogan. At the dispatching center price verified from Bedrichov to the center of Liberec, 250 CZK max 280 Kc. In fact 340 CZK, ie the same price as other taxis in Liberec. So there is no reason to order from a company that misleads the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V předvečer jízdy jsem objednal Blesk Taxi. V den jízdy Blesk Taxi nedorazil ve sjednanou dobu, což mně narušilo celý harmonogram dne. Při rozhovoru s dispečerem jsem byl překvapen, že se vymlouvá na řidiče a řidič posléze na dispečera, že na smluvený čas nebyl upozorněn. Nepochopím, že tato firma ještě funguje. Nedoporučuji !!!!

During the interview with the dispatcher, I was surprised that he excuses the driver and then the driver that he was not notified of the agreed time. I don't understand that this company is still operating. I do not recommend !!!!
