★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buňkový systém se starším sociálním zařízením, v rámci ubytování ČVUT ne tak skvělý poměr cena/kvalita, avšak nevyskytují se zde přes zimu bezdomovci a je tu klidněji. Výtah bohužel jezdí jen do předposledního patra, v suterénu je sudovna a hudebna.
 Cellular system with an older bathroom, not so great in the CTU accommodation price / quality ratio, but there are no homeless people during the winter and it is quieter. Unfortunately, the elevator only goes to the penultimate floor, in the basement there is a barracks and a music room.
