Don't touch it. Rip off. Do not go to the apartment without a handover report. Deposit only with receipt and video. Landlord tries to keep deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ endroit sale sous une apparence coquet, avec une propriétaire qui a tenté de m'escroquer de 200€ aux prétexte que je n'aurai pas rendu les clefs de l'appartement.
Si vous voulez arriver à cet endroit en soirée ou un peu tard dans la nuit, essayez le de le trouver la nuit.
Il n'y a aucun signalement de la maison et l'endroit ne se prête pas aux GPS.
Quand vous entrez dans ce lieu vous tombez dans un petit hall riquiqui avec des portes fermées à clefs sans indication.
Les toilettes sont cachés derrière une porte et bonjour pour la trouver la nuit sans réveiller la maisonnée.
Je ne vous parle pas de la chambre envahie par des meubles inutiles dont une table en verre ou j'ai failli me déchirer à plusieurs reprises, le tout pour se mettre dans un lit en mélamine dont on se demande si les draps avaient été échangés.

If you want to get to this place in the evening or a little late at night, try to find it at night.
There is no sign of the house and the place is not suitable for GPS.
When you enter this place you come across a small rickety hall with doors locked without indication.
The toilet is hidden behind a door and good morning to find it at night without waking the household.
I am not talking about the room invaded by useless furniture including a glass table where I almost tore myself several times, all to get into a melamine bed where one wonders if the sheets had been exchanged.

Amazing, quiet place on the outskirts of Karlovy Vary. A minute walk from the forest. Family atmosphere, large and new apartments at low prices☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen nejlepší zkušenosti, velmi příjemná, ochotná a milá majitelka (také velmi krásná) a příjemné prostředí zastřešeno nízkými (na Karlovy Vary) cenami. Už se těším na návrat do těchto čistých a skvěle vybavených pokojů.
Only the best experience, very pleasant, helpful and nice owner (also very beautiful) and a pleasant environment covered by low (to Karlovy Vary) prices. I look forward to returning to these clean and well-equipped rooms.
