Perfect accommodation and great owner!

Very unfriendly, criminal, rip off, Save your money and especially your nerves. Are after a night out of the apartment because of dirt and smell, towels a disaster, no hot water only 34 degrees Backoffen Drekking, after which we complained to the owner about the circumstances, she wanted us to leave the apartment immediately and even with the police. This woman is unpredictable and lies as soon as you open her mouth Caution! we were robbed in the apartment too.

I absolutely do not recommend we had booked an apartment for 5 people and only 2 other friends helped us move things up immediately after the owner left in a while that we broke the contractual rules and that we should all immediately drop out in disbelief, we stared at her that we had ordered only for 5 people and there were 7 of us anyway, it was impossible to talk to her absolutely her answer was visits are not allowed so we didn't even stay and she fired us with the proviso that if we don't leave immediately it will start to be solved with the police so we said we will leave but leave us money and there was already a problem she said that no money will be returned to us that we violated the conditions let us solve it through booking where we ordered it ... Go somewhere else after reading a few reviews we found out that we made a huge mistake that this lady is a liar, thief and trying to force people from abroad to pay 2x accommodation that they already paid for, so don't even come here try something else and save money, nerves, spoiled evening

Equipment for the apartment does not match the description on the website. Many things were missing in the equipment, such as a wardrobe, coffee and tea facilities, microwave, wine glasses and a fan. The whole apartment was very dirty, you couldn't walk in the apartment without shoes, all objects had to be washed by ourselves first. Curtain rod over the front door, the bracket was loose, the rod fell on my father's head when I entered the apartment. The tiles in the bathroom were moldy, and the ventilation was very dirty, there was no aging of the toilet, the towel holder was totally rusty. The oven was very dirty, so we couldn't even use it ... Bed sheet was very dirty and smelly. Tablecloths in the living area were very dirty. Dishes had to be washed by us because everything was dirty, really disgusting. One day before departure, the landlady came and said in an outrageous tone that we had not paid the money for the apartment and that we would have to pay it immediately, otherwise we would have to leave immediately. After I was able to prove that everything was paid, she still wanted the same money again. After I threatened the police, she became scared as if she was trying to hide something. After researching, I found a review where it said which ones were stolen there. So really not to be recommended.

Super accommodation. Even for a large group.

If you find it fun that you have to settle down when handing over the apartment (plastic uncomfortable bedding), put wet towels back on the bed where you found them on arrival, put the TV remote control exactly where it was on arrival, take out and sort out the garbage and while being under the watchful eye of the cameras and the very unpleasant lady of the operation / owner, who obviously controls the camera system 24/7, then this place is right for you!

Absolutely appalling behavior of the owner. On the day of arrival with a large group we wanted to stay and because our managers did not know how the hotel rooms were arranged, we waited in a small group in the hallway before inspecting the rooms and telling us how many people we can live in certain rooms. Immediately after our accommodation, the owner of our manager called that according to the recordings from the camera, what was in the hallway, we were making a big mess and let us calm down. But we just stood in the hallway talking. Before leaving, our manager informed us that the owner had asked us to restore the rooms to their original condition, including waste. So we cleaned the rooms, made the beds, swept, took out the garbage ... After the owner arrived, she told us that we had destroyed the safe, which we had not even used, and demanded compensation from us. After the leaders came with them, the owner walked through the rooms. A big problem for her was the TV remote control, which was placed on the edge of the table and originally lay in the middle, or the wet towels that had dried on the bathroom hanger she had requested on the beds. After the tour of the rooms, she urged the leaders to lock the rooms, even though she held the keys in her hand and refused to give them to them. The apartments were good except for some flies, but the overall impression was completely spoiled by the owners' behavior. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
