D	David Jeřábek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když tu čtu ty komentáře, musím se podělit i se svoji recenzi, bluetouch mám již 2. Rokem a najeto cca 5 tisíc km. Krom běžných oprav jako je uklepaný kabel a povolující se šrouby jsem spokojený.... Jedinou hvězdu dávám dolu za ty hrozný řidítka kterýma bt 800 disponuje. Ikdyž je vše dotáhlé od začátku se hrozne viklaj v tlumičích a tom skladacim paznechtu je to do nebe volající ... Ale jak říkám jinak ta koloběžka za ty prachy stojí... ( Dokupoval jsem již nahradni dily 2x a servis vzdy komunikuje jak má...) Zkoušel jsem i jiný bt 800 a stejný problem ty řiditka se viklaj asi na všech tu prvni jsem druhej den vratil s tim ze to musi byt vada. Dorazila druha a je to to same. penez za ni nelituji. Pokuď už jste nešvar v řiditkach vyřešili u modelove řady s modrýma prvkama klidne bych ji poslal na serizeni a opraveni tech riditek :D kdyztak pisnete. Diky. Ps: pokud vybíráte lidovou kolobezku s dobrým dojezdem a nechcete dualtrona za 95K tisic nebo riona za 200K urcite kupte bluetouch Hezký den. When I read the comments here, I have to share my review, I have had a bluetouch for the 2nd year and have driven about 5,000 km. Apart from the usual repairs, such as a knocked-out cable and loosening screws, I'm satisfied .... I put the only star down for the terrible handlebars that the bt 800 has. Even though everything is done from the beginning, it wobbles terribly in the shock absorbers and the folding claw is calling to heaven ... But as I say otherwise, the scooter is worth the money ... (I have already bought spare parts twice and the service always communicates as it should. ..) I also tried another bt 800 and the same problem, the handlebars wobble on all of the first ones, I came back the next day with the fact that it must be a defect. The second one arrived and it's the same. I don't regret the money for it. If you have already solved the problem in the handlebars with the model line with blue elements, I would easily send it to adjust and repair the technical handlebars: D when you write. Thanks. Obrátil jsem se na výrobce, který mi řekl, že jde o zřejmě o zkrat. Poprosil jsem o adresu kam ji mohu odvézt opravit. Výrobce strčil hlavu do písku a komunikace ustala. Kolobrndu jsem vrátil Alze a už o Bluetouch nechci nikdy slyšet. Koupil jsem u konkurence Narex s rekuperací a nemohu si vynachválit. I bought a newish, about 3000 cheaper from alza. I asked for an address where I can take it to repair. The manufacturer put his head in the sand and the communication stopped. Zejména jsem udělal dobře, že jsem vybral značkového výrobce, který má rychlý a spolehlivý servis hned zde v Praze. Když se mi ulomil zadní blatník, napsal jsem na jejich servisní email. Hned mi odpověděli, že se omlouvají, že se jedná o vadný blatník v jedné výrobní sérii. Domluvil jsem se na výměně - stačilo zajet ke Karlovu náměstí - provedli na počkání. Jinak naprostá spokojenost - mohu jen doporučit. I bought a discounted but new return piece of Bluetouch BTX250 over Alza for fast moving around Prague. Reklamoval jsem ji - ale místo opravy mi reklamace nebyla uznána s odůvodněním "mechanické poškození". Koloběžku jsem předal soudnímu znalci a čekám na výsledek. Update: Soudní znalec vyhodnotil mojí reklamaci jako oprávněnou. Byly mi vráceny peníze i náklady za znalecký posudek ze strany Alzy, přes kterou jsem to kupoval. Reakce na odpověď Bluetouch: jsem rád, že jste rádi - ale reklamace dopadla tak, jak bylo psáno nahoře. Za to, že jsem se dočkal spravedlnosti rozhodně nemůžu děkovat společnosti Bluetouch, ale soudnímu znalci a přístupu Alzy. Nikdy jsem nikomu neříkal, že jsem vjel do nějakého výmolu. S Vaším technikem jsem mluvil až poté, co jste mi zamítli reklamaci s odůvodněním "mechanické poškození" a koloběžku jste odeslali zpět do Alzy. Rozhodně vaše produkty nikomu nedoporučuji. Certainly I cannot thank Bluetouch but forensic experts and Alza's attitude for being justice. I never told anyone that I drove into a pothole. I only talked to your technician after you rejected my claim for "mechanical damage" and sent the scooter back to Alza. I definitely do not recommend your products to anyone.

Při výměně kola servis komunikoval na jedničku (poslali mi instruktážní videa i fotky a snažili se vše rychle vyřešit).? I am extremely satisfied with the BT800 scooter and e-shop. I have driven a few hundred kilometers with the BT800, except for one defect, it drives super. When changing the bike, the service communicated in first place (they sent me instructional videos and photos and tried to solve everything quickly).

Ale zase díky zkušenostem s těmito nejhoršími koloběžkami a rádoby prodejci jsem poznal, že se vyplatí si koupit kvalitu v podobě Dualtronů. But again, thanks to my experience with these worst scooters and would-be sellers, I've learned that it's worth buying quality in the form of Dualtrons.
