Moje story :
- Cca před rokem jsem resil problém, kdy me zjevne v aute něco odebiralo proud i když auto bylo zamknuty a nejezdilo a po delsim stani cca 10 dnech jsem proste nenastartoval protože baterka byla uplne vybita. Tohle bylo nekdy během zimy, protože s nim přes zimu jezdim fakt minimalne. Reseni a domluva byla, ze se zkusi vymenit baterka (která v aute byla cca rok a pul nova). S nastoupenim letošní zimy jsem opet s autem chvili nejezdil a problém byl znovu na svete. Resilo se to odevzdanim auta do servisu, kde ho predali autoelektrikari. Na servis jsem vůbec nespechal, takze to ze auto bylo v servisu mesic bych vůbec neresil, ale co me sokovalo bylo, ze si nezapsali počet KM při predani elektrikari. Po cca 3 tydnech se mi ze servisu ozvali, ze mi musej rict, ze mi s autem zrejme pan elektrikar jezdil a serval mi uplne zadni gumy (Gumy nebyly urcite v dobrym stavu, ale v tom stavu v jakym sem je videl v servisu to byla hruza a ještě něco bych s nima urcite najezdil..no nic koupil jsem hold novy zadni gumy). Navíc vim a tim jsem si 100% jistej, ze jsem mel min pul nadrze coz je cca 400 km a při predani jsem mel nadrz na dojezdu… Kdo s tim opravdu jezdil jestli kluci ze servisu, který se tam stridaj nebo fakt pan elektrikar to uz nezjistim. Obrana servisu byla sleva na celkovou fakturu co jsem u nich za opravy na mem voze mel v tu chvili a omluvu. Ok vzal jsem to a odesel…
Bohuzel jsem ale zjistil, ze muj problém (increased batery discharged) stále pretrvava a není vubec vyresenej a to jsem s timhle problém u nich byl uz 2x. Co teda s tim elektrikar delal to ja nevim, ale opet po 9 dnech prijdu k autu a nenastartuju. Do toho mam od ty doby problém nejspis se startérem, kterej když se zahreje, tak nenastartuju dokud motor není studenej.
Mozna mam jen smulu a moje e93 je prokleta, ale v BM Motors me bohužel k servisovani myho auta nepresvedcili.

BM MOTORS I do not recommend.
My story:
- About a year ago I solved a problem when something in my car was obviously taking power even though the car was locked and did not drive and after a longer stand about 10 days I just did not start because the flashlight was completely discharged. This was sometime during the winter, because I ride with him really minimally during the winter. The solution and agreement was that they would try to replace the flashlight (which had been in the car for about a year and a half). With the start of this winter, I did not drive the car again for a while and the problem was born again. This was solved by taking the car to a workshop, where it was sold by car electricians. I was not in a hurry for service, so I would not solve the fact that the car was in service for months, but what shocked me was that they did not write down the number of KM when sold by an electrician. After about 3 weeks, they called me from the service, that I have to tell me that the electrician probably drove me with the car and serviced my rear tires completely (The tires were definitely not in good condition, but in the condition in which I saw them in the service it was horror and something else I would definitely ride with them..no nothing I bought a tribute to the new rear tires). In addition, I know and I'm 100% sure that I had at least half a tank, which is about 400 km and when sold I had a tank on the road… Who really drove it, whether the guys from the service, who take there or really Mr. electrician already I won't find out. The defense of the service was a discount on the total invoice that I had with them for repairs on my car at that moment and an apology. Ok I took it and sent it…
Unfortunately, I found out that my problem (increased battery discharged) still persists and is not solved at all, and I've been with this problem twice before. So I don't know what the electrician did with it, but again after 9 days I come to the car and I don't start. Since then, I probably have a problem with the starter, which when it warms up, I do not start until the engine is cold.
Maybe I'm just unlucky and my e93 is cursed, but unfortunately in BM Motors they didn't convince me to service my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechával jsem opravovat zadní prahy a lemy na MX-5 práce odvedena perfektně. Klempířská i lakýrnická. Jan na telefonu mějte trpělivost. Z důvodu vytížení jsou telefony na druhém místě.
I had the back door sills repaired and the MX-5 work done perfectly. Plumbing and painting. Jan on your phone be patient. Because of the load, the phones are in second place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozvíjející se autoservis specializující se hlavně na MX-5 a BMW. Mladí nadšenci -např. sponzorují MX-5 Cup i s auty závodí. Přístup velmi dobrý, solidnost a poctivost mohu potvrdit po 4 letech zkušeností- 2x BMW. Některé složitější opravy trvají třeba déle, kluci se ale učí a zlepšují. Delší lhůty mají hlavně externě nasmlouvané úkony- klempíř, lakovna. Po prodlouženou dobu u klempíře jsem dostal zdarma náhradní vozidlo. Ceny přiměřené. Servis vystavuje faktury a platí daně...to nebývá samozřejmost. Rozhodně doporučuji
An evolving car service specializing mainly in MX-5 and BMW. Young enthusiasts - e.g. they sponsor the MX-5 Cup and race cars. Very good approach, solidity and honesty I can confirm after 4 years of experience - 2x BMW. Some of the more complex repairs take longer, but the boys learn and improve. Longer deadlines are mainly for externally contracted operations - tinsmith, paint shop. For an extended period at the plumber's, I received a free replacement vehicle. Reasonable prices. The service issues invoices and pays taxes ... this is not usually a matter of course. I definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oceňuji super přístup: porouchalo se mi čidlo na motoru MX5 a abychom vyloučili jinou příčinu, půjčili mi svoje a nechali mě s ním jezdit cca měsíc. Pak jsme teprve měnili. To se v ČR moc často nevidí. Zkušenost mám opakovanou a vždycky se setkám se pohodovým a vstřícným přístupem. A to nemluvím o radách po telefonu ohledně úprav auta.. Pro doplnění: jinde jsem se setkal s laxností (slíbili, nedodali), arogancí (my autům narozdíl od Vás rozumíme) nebo vypočítavostí (snahou mi něco vnutit). Tady ne, a to je sakra příjemné.
Update: bohužel, letos (2020) mám opakovanou negativní zkušenost s cenami - cenový odhad dostanete dopředu, ale pak se nějakou záhadou stane, že pracnost byla mnohem větší a že se porouchal ještě nějaký díl, který rovnou vyměnili, aniž by Vám o tom řekli a odsouhlasili jste náklady navíc. Občas problémy s dodržením termínu. Stalo se mi, že jsem dostal fakturu o 100% vyšší než byl rozpočet! Takže sic enerad, ale přesto doporučuji být opatrný a rozhodně si zjistit ceny opravy/úpravy předem na více místech, abyste nezaplatili více, než je rozumné. Ohlídejte si taky rozdíl mezi odhadem a konečnou fakturou.
I appreciate the great approach: the sensor on the MX5 engine broke down and to rule out another cause, they lent me their own and let me ride with it for about a month. Then we changed. This is not often seen in the Czech Republic. I have a repeated experience and I always meet with a relaxed and helpful approach. And I'm not talking about advice on the phone regarding car modifications .. To add: elsewhere I met with laxity (promised, not delivered), arrogance (we understand cars unlike you) or calculation (trying to force something on me). Not here, and that's damn nice.
Update: unfortunately, this year (2020) I have a repeated negative experience with prices - you get the price estimate in advance, but then it is a mystery that the workload was much greater and that some part broke down, which they immediately replaced without telling and you have agreed to the additional costs. Sometimes problems with meeting the deadline. It happened to me that I received an invoice 100% higher than my budget! So sic enerad, but I still recommend being careful and definitely find out the prices of repairs / modifications in advance in more places so that you don't pay more than is reasonable. Also note the difference between the estimate and the final invoice.
