Měsíc jsem čekala na opravu, není možno se nikomu dovolat mimo operátorky, nikdo nekomunikuje a vedoucí se nechává zapírat. Na mé emaily nikdo nereaguje. Pokud nemáte silné nervy, tomuto servisu se vyhněte. Absolutely appalling approach to the customer. BMK service never again. I waited a month for repairs, it is not possible to call anyone outside the operator, no one communicates and the manager is denied. Nobody responds to my emails. If you do not have strong nerves, avoid this service.

Volám na linku tam plechovka a tři volby, dvě utnou hovor s tím - napiš email a čekej si, že možná někdo odpoví, třetí volba zvedne paní a řekne smůla, nic nevím. Eshop bez telefoního čísla? To je středověk a výsměch zákazníkům. You're a joke, I'm looking for a spare part and I want to see if it is. Nelze se nikam dovolat. Když už se vůbec někam dovoláte, tak si Vás mezi sebou přehazují jak horký brambor. Máme po třetí stejnou závadu, tak doufáme ve vrácení peněz. Hodně se teď budeme koukat na recenze servisů, což nás dříve vůbec nenapadlo. Unfortunately, very bad advertising for appliances. 9.1.2022 we bought an oven and only problems and unpleasant people without a hint of willingness. When you call somewhere, they throw you like a hot potato. For the third time, we have the same defect, so we hope to get a refund. We will be looking at service reviews a lot now, which we never thought of before.

Sháněl jsem termostat na lednici - za velmi dobrou cenu (jinde třeba trojnásob), skladem, v relativně dobré dostupnosti MHD. Objednáno a vyzvednuto hned druhý den. Pán na výdeji dobře nalazený :-) Jediný lehký problém byl, že zboží bylo "skladem - ihned k dispozici", ale na vyzvednutí bylo až druhý den - bavili jsme se o tom a prý chyba systému. Bez objednání přes e-shop netuším, jestli Vám na místě něco prodají. Co se týče toho prodlení... Popravdě, pokud vám odejde termostat v lednici, tak ten jeden den už Vás nezabije). Takže na objednávání a výdej dílů mohu jedině doporučit, opravu v záruce bohužel ohodnotit nemohu. Unfortunately, I have no experience with techniques and repairs. The gentleman on the delivery was well-tuned :-) The only slight problem was that the goods were "in stock - immediately available", but they were not available for collection the next day - we talked about it and allegedly a system error. Without ordering through the e-shop, I have no idea if they will sell you anything on the spot. As for the delay ... In fact, if the thermostat in the fridge leaves you, that one day won't kill you). So I can only recommend ordering and dispensing parts, unfortunately I cannot evaluate the repair under warranty.

The receptionist told me over the phone that they can fix my electric cooker and once I went there with my cooker he said he cannot fix it. I said well just an hour ago u said u can. That’s what triggered him and he started banging on the table and shouting at me ALL IN CZECH!
