J	Jakub K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní neschopnost. 10 dní po objednání zboží, které bylo "skladem", žádná komunikace. Telefon někdo zvedl s tím, že jim nejde systém. Volám po třech hodinách znovu, nikdo pro jistotu telefon nezvedá. Nedoporučuji tento obchod! Absolute inability. 10 days after ordering goods that were "in stock", no communication. Someone picked up the phone saying the system was wrong. I call again after three hours, no one picks up the phone. I do not recommend this store!

More than a month ago, a complaint was recognized that he would return the money. They haven't returned to this day, they don't answer the phone. I do not recommend.
P	Pavel Bakoš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI TENTO ESCHOP!!!!!Já jsem sice na e shopu nekupoval ale koupil jsem v kamenném obchodě sponkovací kladivo.Nebyl u toho žádný návod na použití,tak jsem napsal na BMSHOP,jestli nemají tento návod.Bylo mi odepsáno že toto zboží nemají v nabídce.A tím to pro ně končí.Já ale našel na jejich stánkách,že jej mají v nabídce.Ta jsem blbý já nebo někdo jiný?Nevím kdo tam za tím počítačem sedí ale evidentně nemá o tom ani páru. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESCHOP !!!!! Although I did not buy on the e-shop, but I bought a stapler hammer in the stone shop. in the menu. And that's the end of it for them. But I found on their stands that they have it in the menu. Am I stupid me or someone else?
F	Freeeklady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V neděli jsem si objednal helmu. Okamžitě jsem zaplatil za zboží a doručení. V pondělí jsem obdržel dopis o zpracování objednávky a fakturu. Přilba byla nutně nutná. V úterý žádné informace. Ve středu šel můj manžel zjistit do Prahy 20 (bydlíme v Praze 5). Úřad uvedl, že produkt není na skladě a nemohou mi jej poslat a objednávku zrušit. Dopis o zrušení dorazil 20 minut poté, co můj manžel odešel. Nedoporučuji pracovat s tímto obchodem. I ordered a helmet on Sunday. I immediately paid for the goods and delivery. On Monday, I received a letter about order processing and an invoice. The helmet was absolutely necessary. No information on Tuesday. On Wednesday, my husband went to find out in Prague 20 (we live in Prague 5). The office stated that the product was not in stock and they could not send it to me and cancel the order. The cancellation letter arrived 20 minutes after my husband left. I do not recommend working with this store.

Za mě spokojenost a doporučuji. Wide range at great prices with reasonable delivery time. After ordering, I changed the type of pickup, which they willingly did during one phone call. Satisfaction for me and I recommend.
T	Tereza Machačová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuju! Takhle zlé a arogantní jednání jsem snad ze strany eshopu ještě nezažila. Přítel si objednal rámeček na radio který přišel absolutně rozlámaný. Reklamaci nechtějí uznat, v emailu jasně napsali že rámeček máme zaslat zpět a paní mi v telefonu tvrdí opak, že má na reklamace vlastní svoz. Raději drát do oka než jakákoliv další komunikace s tímto eshopem. I do not recommend! I have probably never experienced such bad and arrogant behavior on the part of the e-shop. A friend ordered a frame for a radio that came absolutely broken. They do not want to acknowledge the complaint, they clearly wrote in the email that we should send the frame back and the lady tells me the opposite on the phone that she has her own collection for the complaint. Better a wire in the eye than any other communication with this eshop.

J	Jan Lochman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak zatím negativní zkušenost. Objednal jsem zboží, zboží dorazilo, ovšem neodpovídá popisu. Volám na eshop a že to mám prý reklamovat. Jdu to reklamovat, systém nemůže najít moji objednávku, tak že si mám prý ověřit e-mail, že mi to ukáže moje objednávky. Ověřil jsem is e-mail a nic to nenašlo. Záruka, že objednané zboží bude odpovídat popisu žádná, možnost dojet si někam vyměnit zboží není. Asi si budu muset založit vlastní e-shop. So far a negative experience. I ordered the goods, the goods arrived, but they do not match the description. I am calling the e-shop and that I should complain about it. I'm going to complain about it, the system can't find my order, so I'm supposed to check the e-mail that it will show me my orders. I also verified the e-mail and found nothing. There is no guarantee that the ordered goods will correspond to the description, there is no possibility to go somewhere to exchange the goods. I will probably have to start my own e-shop.
