Při servisu vozidla téměř vždy chci výhradně originální náhradní díly, tak dává smysl nechat servis udělat přímo v BMW. U Bychla jsou ochotní, spolehliví, termíny téměř ihned, skvělá domluva. Mám sice několik BMW autosalonů blíže, ale sem prostě rád jezdím na servis či někdy i jen pro díly. Za mě spokojenost, BMW 5 E60 550i. I was satisfied with the service of the vehicle in BMW. Servis byl ucházející, ale neustále přicházeli a odcházeli referenti Prostředí nic moc. Pak vznikl problém, který mě lehce vykolejil a byla to tečka za spoluprací s touto společností. Upozornění Pokud si zde půjčujeme auto, dávejte si velký pozor, aby s tímto zapůjčeným vozem nebyl spáchán přestupek. Nikdo od Bychla Vás totiž nezkontaktuje s možností platby pokuty bez ztráty bodů, ale rovnou vás napráší. Na smlouvě o zapůjčení jjste podepsaní, takže, proč by vás neposlali na výlet pár desítek kilometrů na výslech. Když pak chcete, aby se ke své chybě někdo nějak postavil, přijde už jen totální arogance ze strany zaměstnanců. Z chování lidí v této firmě jsem pochopil, že Bychl auto, má zákazníků mraky a nějaké oleje a garanční prohlídky jedné X5 pro ně není vůbec zajímavé. From the behavior of the people in this company, I understood that I would like a car, it has customers clouds and some oils, and a warranty inspection of one X5 is not at all interesting to them.
