Navic vstricni a bez arogance... ;))) vrele doporucuji vsem BMW v Brne a jsem rad, ze jsem je nasel, diky!!! Absolute satisfaction, hard-working and skilful fighters, favorable prices at 1/3 - 1/2 compared to the monopoly of Renocar ... In addition, accommodating and without arrogance ...;))) I highly recommend it to all BMWs in Brno and I'm glad I found them , thanks !!!
P	Petr Tronecek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před dovolenou na mé škodovce vyběhly nějaké závady a i když autoservis měl kapacitu plnou s velkou ochotou mi pomohly problém vyřešit /opravit . Za to jim velké díky . A velké doporučení !! Before the holiday on my Skoda, some defects ran out and even though the car service had a full capacity with great willingness they helped me to solve / repair the problem. Thank you for that. A big recommendation !!
R	Ruzkka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super servis od příjemného personálu až po kvalitu odvedené práce. Zařídili mi i technickou, takže jsem už nikam jinam nemusela. Líbí se mi, že už při příjmu člověk zhruba ví, co se bude s autem dít a kolik to asi bude stát. Když najdou něco nad rámec domluvy nebo se předem neví přesně, co je za problém, zavolají, aby se domluvili. Oprava byla vždy rychlá. Zase mi moje starší BMW neplave po dálnici. Jednoduše odcházíte s pocitem, že když se něco v autě pokazí, i sebemenší prkotina, že vám tu ochotně a rychle pomohou. Nikam jinam už do servisu nejezdím, líbí se mi, že si moje auto pamatují a to tam moc často nejezdím :-). Super service from friendly staff to the quality of work done. They also arranged a technical one for me, so I didn't have to go anywhere else. I like that when you receive a person, you know roughly what will happen to the car and how much it will probably cost. If they find something beyond the scope of the agreement or do not know in advance exactly what the problem is, they call to agree. The repair was always quick. Again, my older BMW doesn't float on the highway. You simply leave with the feeling that if something goes wrong in the car, even the slightest splash, that they will help you willingly and quickly. I don't go anywhere for service anymore, I like that they remember my car and I don't go there very often :-).

Rychlé, efektivní a bylo zcela jednoznačně vidět že to dělají se snahou pomoct ne za každou cenu vydělat. Opravují co je třeba opravit, seřizují co je potřeba seřídit a nevymýšlejí co by se na tom dalo ještě vymyslet. I repaired two different cars with two different problems. Fast, efficient and it was clear that they are doing it with an effort to help not earn at any cost. They fix what needs to be fixed, adjust what needs to be adjusted and do not invent what else can be invented about it.
R	Radek Skoumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevim jestli celý servis, mám zkušenost jen s jedním pánem. Ale doporučuji si udělat písemnou objednávku s jasným rozpisem práce a dílů. Jinak dostanete nepříjemný pocit, že z vás někdo dělá blbce. I do not know if the whole service, I have only one master. But I recommend making a written order with a clear breakdown of work and parts. Otherwise you get the uncomfortable feeling that you are making you a fool.
