★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this BMW service. They rejected to make check of the car BMW 520d xDrive within BMW EUROPLUS Garantie. They asked to pay for the service even the car was covered with the guaranty. I had to drive to the BMW service in Austria, where the repair was done professionally and for free on guaranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my non existing Czech language skills and had a hard time buying winter wheels for my car. Comparing to well organized BMW stores in Germany it was a strange but even more expensive experience. Employees should all speak at least a little English to explain where to go and to wait for what.

I was twice here (once at the middle of working day and second time at the end) - nobody wants to sell the cars! No sellers at all, who can support you! Even, if you have time agreement - the same situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with one broken thing in my car, asking them to fix it. They took the car to the service, and returned after one hour saying “here is your bill, we didn’t fix anything because we don’t have the necessary parts in stock” and required to pay for the diagnostics. I didn’t need diagnostic without fixing the car, I have eyes and hands and able to see the car does not work without your extremely expensive diagnostics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This weekend there is a Roda show in BMW Invelt. My experience is very positive. New models to test as the 1000 RX beautiful and fast bike. The event is well organized. The MANAGER for the bike department very kind and helpful. There is free food and beverages and an amazing barber with the name Mario and you can have a haircut for free. The weather not so good for such an event and maybe that is why we're not as much people as I expected. Even though hard to find a free slot to test the bike you want. The atmosphere real nice with music and cheerful bikers. The shop with clothes and accessories is open so definitely you can find something to buy according to your budget. So..if you have nothing to do today go to have a look have some good time drinking a coffee or tasting the hotdogs with the french fries and experience the biker"s lifestyle ?
