D	David Hubac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výměna rozvodů a pístních kroužku - po opravě začalo téct ventilové těsnění - reklamoval jsem a nastalo to opět. Poté jsem dal problém do jiného servisu, kde bylo zjištěno, že víko neodborně lepili jakýmsi lepidlem a přitom poničili ventilové víko. Asi se s reklamací nechtěli moc zabývat, tak narychlo zbastlili a předali zpět. Reklamace probíhala souběžně s další opravou a nové těsnení a práce bylo účtováno, to nevím zda byl úmysl. Už servis nikdy nenavštívím Replacement of distributions and piston rings - after the repair the valve seal started to flow - I complained and it happened again. Then I put the problem in another service, where it was found that the lid was unprofessionally glued with some kind of glue and at the same time damaged the valve lid. They probably didn't want to deal with the complaint much, so they hurriedly got over and handed it back. The complaint took place in parallel with another repair and a new seal and work was charged, I do not know if there was an intention. I will never visit the service again

Na f32 435xd zde proběhla velká akce výměny komplet podvozku (OE adaptivní tlumiče pro Mpodvozek) a vše bylo provedeno profesionálně, rychle a za dobrou cenu. Rád se tam vracím a co se týče BMW, již nejezdím jinam. Always complete satisfaction, both with veterans (e30 + e24) and with current cars (e90 + f32). On the f32 435xd there was a big event to replace the chassis set (OE adaptive shock absorbers for M chassis) and everything was done professionally, quickly and at a good price. I like to go back there and as far as BMW is concerned, I don't go anywhere else.
M	Miroslav Slavíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zadána oprava úniku oleje z motoru a "chrastící" zvuky z ventilace. Obě závady podle fakturace byly opraveny. Únik oleje prý odstraněn přetěsněním olejové vany. Po 5 km ventilace rachotila úplně stejně a po zaparkování tekl olej z motoru také stejně. Po prohlídce v jiném servisu bylo zjištěno, že těsnění pod vanou je na první pohled staré a šrouby zarezlé, takže na to nikdo nikdy ani nešáhl. Tomuto servisu se obloukem vyhnu. Engine oil leakage correction and "rattling" ventilation sounds entered. According to invoicing, both defects have been fixed. The oil leak is said to be removed by resealing the oil pan. After 5 km of ventilation, it rattled in exactly the same way, and after parking, the oil flowed from the engine in the same way. After an inspection at another service, it was found that the seal under the tub was old at first glance and the bolts rusted, so no one ever touched it. I will avoid this service.
T	Tomáš Košťák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po reklamaci mého BMW s N52 v autobazaru, jsem byl poslán za panem Böhmem, který měl automobil spravit. Chyby typu špatná pozice vačky, přerušovaný chod Vanosu a chybu válce opravil výměnou oleje a filtru. To mi přišlo divné ale budiž. Po sedmi kilometrech po výjezdu ze servisu se opět rozsvítila kontrolka motoru a auto začalo dělat stejnou neplechu jako předtím. Pan Böhm očividně automobil ani neprojel. Při druhé opravě byla vyměněna malá DISA a prý po opravě již auto jezdí lépe. Dostal jsem i výpis z diagnostiky, že to již nic zásadního neukazuje. Bodejť by ne, když byl automobil projet asi na 3km. Pár kilometrů po druhé reklamaci se motor opět porouchal a dle diagnostiky s chybou o špatné pozici vačky mi bylo panem Böhmem doporučeno, abych s automobilem vůbec nejezdil, dokud se to neopraví. Nyní mi stojí automobil přes měsíc před domem, kde jsem včera zjistil, že z motoru vytekl veškerý olej. Suma sumárum bylo auto u pana Böhma v opravě 7 týdnů a za těch 7 týdnu stihl vyměnit olej a malou DISU. Tleskám! After complaining about my BMW with the N52 in the used car, I was sent to Mr. Böhm, who was to fix the car. He corrected errors such as wrong cam position, intermittent Vanos operation and cylinder error by changing the oil and filter. That seemed strange to me, but so be it. Seven kilometers after leaving the service, the engine light came on again and the car began to do the same thing as before. Mr. Böhm obviously didn't even drive. During the second repair, a small DISA was replaced and it is said that the car drives better after the repair. I also received an extract from the diagnostics that it no longer shows anything significant. He wouldn't stab if the car was about 3km. A few kilometers after the second complaint, the engine broke down again and according to the diagnostics with an error about the wrong position of the cam, Mr. Böhm advised me not to drive the car at all until it was fixed. Now my car is standing in front of the house for a month, where I found out yesterday that all the oil had leaked from the engine. All in all, Mr. Böhm's car had been repaired for 7 weeks, and in those 7 weeks he had time to change the oil and the small DISU. I applaud!
