★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chci jen ušetřit čas ostatním lidem, kteří se nechají nalákat jako já a pak se nestačí divit. Proč musí být složitě schováno viz foto, že garantujete pouze 8Mb/s stahování a 10Mb/s odesílání ? To, že cena je pouze se závazkem jinak jsem už na 300,-. Televize je zase další příplatek. Na oko super cena. Jednání v pohodě, akorát si myslím, že v dnešní době není potřeba takhle kamuflovat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkné nové prostory, vše co jsem řešil a chtěl vždy vyřešili. Mám od nich internet vše funguje bez problému. Internet by mohl byt rychlejší a standartně by měli nabízet 100Mb/s okolo 350-400kč jako konkurence. I přes to jsem, ale spokojen doporučuji všem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den. Co se týče personálu, tak obchodní zástupce i technik byli profesionálové se super přístupem. Obchodní zástupce mi pomohl i mimo pracovní dobu, opravdu fajn člověk. Jsem moc spokojen! Co se týče služeb, tak zatím nemohu hodnotit, je to krátká doba. 5.5.2022 - Po vyzkoušení služeb mohu říci, že internet je rychlý, stabilní a vše funguje jak má. Doporučuji tohoto poskytovatele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím pochválit rychlý přístup a ochotu. Pan Kovář vše vysvětlil, navrhl řešení. Měli jsme již tři poskytovatele, trápily nás neustálé výpadky, oprava v nedohlednu. Nicméně jsme přešli k bnetu a za 11 let jediný problém! Internet šlape, žádné výpadky.
I must praise the quick approach and willingness. Mr. Kovář explained everything, suggested a solution. We already had three providers, we were bothered by constant outages, repairs in sight. However, we have moved on to bnet and in 11 years the only problem! Internet steps, no outages.

Takhle nějak si představuji službu zákazníkovi ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem mile překvapen, že platím 50 MB wifi a dole v obýváku naměřím 50 MB navíc stabilně! Tak to má vypadat. Požádal jsem o navýšení kvůli IPTV, opět technik přijel, vše proměřil, navrhl řešení a já se můžu rozhodnout. Určitě vyzdvihuji stabilitu a rychlost připojení a příjemným (dnes bohužel ještě pořád ne samozřejmým) bonusem je i korektní a vstřícné jednání. Oproti opavanetu nebe a dudy!
