★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aby šel zákazník vracet sudy a někdo mu přitom nadával do čur*ků, jsem opravdu nezažila a nikdy neslyšela. Neskutečně arogantní chování a sprosté nadávání směrem k zákazníkovi. Vraceli jsme sudy, které byly koupeny na jiné pobočce a bylo nám přitom řečeno, že nebude problém vracet je v Praze. Bohužel jsem nevěděli, že to bude za cenu sprostého nadávání. V budoucnu již tuto pobočku nevyužijeme. Opravdu nedoporučuji.
In order for a customer to return barrels and someone curse at him, I really haven't experienced and never heard of them. Incredibly arrogant behavior and vulgar swearing towards the customer. We returned barrels that were bought at another branch and we were told that it would not be a problem to return them in Prague. Unfortunately, we did not know that it would be at the cost of vulgar swearing. We will not use this branch in the future. I really do not recommend.
