★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc příjemné prostředí se super profesionálním přístupem trenérů, kteří vám dají pěkně do těla, ale přitom si užijete i kopec legrace.
Je skvělé, že při cvičení naráz zapojujete svalstvo celého těla a intenzita zátěže se dá upravit pro každou partii zvlášť. Cvičením posílíte všechny svaly i ty, o kterých jste doposud možná ani nevěděli.
Velká motivace k dalším návštěvám je, že již po pár trénincích na sobě poznáte účinky cvičení.
Chodím již přes rok a stále mě to baví, všem vřele doporučuji :o)
Very pleasant environment with a super professional approach of trainers who will put you in the body, but at the same time you will also enjoy a lot of fun.
It's great that during exercise you involve the muscles of the whole body at once and the intensity of the load can be adjusted for each game separately. Exercise will strengthen all the muscles and those you may not have known about before.
A great motivation for further visits is that after a few workouts you will recognize the effects of the exercises.
I have been walking for over a year and I still enjoy it, I highly recommend it to everyone: o)
