Pracuji také jako masér, když se sám nechám od někoho namasírovat, očekávám od maséra vysoký standard. U Šárky si dovolím být náročný a to, co od masáže očekávám Šárka více než splňuje. Její techniky jsou komplexní, přirozeně na sebe navazují a hlavně jsou silově tak akorát, aby se člověk cítil příjemně a zároveň vnímal dostatečný tlak na masírované svalstvo. Tato bezvadná masáž je prováděna ve velmi relaxačním prostředí krásnou a milou masérkou, za mě 5/5 a mohu jen doporučit :) After years, I found a masseuse who does her job very well, precisely and professionally. I also work as a masseur, when I get massaged by someone, I expect a high standard from the masseur. At Šárka, I dare to be demanding and what I expect from Šárka more than meets the massage. Her techniques are complex, they naturally follow each other and, most importantly, they are just enough to feel comfortable and at the same time feel enough pressure on the massaged muscles. This perfect massage is performed in a very relaxing environment by a beautiful and nice masseuse, for me 5/5 and I can only recommend :)

Sharka má vynikající masážní techniku, která uvolní i ty nejzasekanější svaly a perfektně vás uvolní. Asi si to budu muset brzy zopakovat ? I came to the massage at Sharka in a state of total disarray after a long journey associated with a great jet lag, and I left it in a state of complete relaxation, when nothing hurt me at all (!) Sharka has an excellent massage technique that relaxes even the most stuck muscles and will relax you perfectly. I guess I'll have to do it again soon ?

Sharka mě svou masáží uvolnila natolik, že mi pak doma odpovědi chodily úplně samy. Vřele takovou masáž doporučuju před řešením těžších životních situací. I got to Sharc the moment I was dealing with important life steps and I needed to relax and calm my mind as much as possible to come up with the right answers I was looking for. Sharka relaxed me so much with her massage that the answers came to me completely at home. I highly recommend such a massage before solving more difficult life situations.

Po masáži jsem měl chvilku co dělat, ale suprově se to rozleželo a po několika dnech se mi cvičí daleko lépe a jsem schopen podat silovější výkon. Pro sportovce nutnost! Sarka can lean into it, which is essential for massage. I exercise a lot and I have a lot of shortened and strained muscles. After the massage, I had something to do for a while, but it was great and after a few days I train much better and I am able to give a more powerful performance. A must for athletes!
